A book with a press secretary does not necessary mean the book is out for sales to the masses..the book is still in pre-order stage and will be out for sales in 3 days time

when you want to do PR and marketing for your book, you give samples to the press to review the content, interviews the author, the author gives the audience a bit of what the book is all about, also the interviewers show the audience the title and cover of the book so that they can pre-order the book before it is released, it is the same stuff they do with movies, before a movie is released in the theater, they do PR and marketing, they show trailers, do interviews with major actors, press conference, media briefing, reviewers will watch the movie , review and rate and also entice movie goers so that they can watch it in the cinemas.

There are Republicans all over the world that believe in lower taxes, free market capitalism, a strong national defense, deregulation, capital punishment, and restrictions on labor unions.

The US Department of Justice is the one that sued Bolton.

Bolton was national security adviser, a very sensitive position, and the DOJ sued bolton for putting classified information in the book which is a criminal offense.
