I think Tetfund pays more o, i read reviews from FMBN employees online that their pay could be better and the work is too demanding... I'll advise you to research more so as to make the best decision...Congrats in advance o

With the minimum wage increase you should expect something like 2K added to your salary. I am sure GA should collect less than 110K. I am a lecturer with one of the FG Universities for over 8 years now.

Academic and Non-academic staff are not collecting same pay. That of academic staff is higher. The salary for FCoE is higher than their colleagues in the Universities. I don't know their exact salary but is better thank universities. Somebody with Msc in the University should collect less than 120K with the minimum wage increase.
