Most afternoons, its swallow with any soup but she loves egusi and okro more.
For dinner, it can be:
Rice and stew.
Noodles garnished with vegetables and egg or fish.
Jollof macaroni twists.
Moi moi
fried Irish or sweet potato with pap.
Porridge yam with crayfish and ugu or scent leaf.
For snacks: juice, tea, yoghurt, pancakes, biscuits etc

Thanks ma, i have a help ....Plus she gives this attitude whenever i'm around..when she's with her nanny she eats and behaves..but once she knows i'm around..shakara will set in....we will get through it sha, i need to make sure she eats heavy before she sleeps.. e go better.

He's only six months, give him time. Its a gradual process. You have to be patient with him by slowly introducing the new foods. Am sure he will like it as time goes on.

Lol, he is just 6months. Keep at it, try family food, no salt, maggi and pepper. Amala and ewedu, give him the apple and try to add a bit of yogurt. Remember quantity over quality. Try and fortify the little takes.

He will adjust.

Even when I offer snacks, I ve to beg and crack all the jokes before her royal highness will agree to eat.. But I can't be doing snacks all the time, eat food so you can go back to sleep..

Plus this is just a new development, and I want to believe it's a phase cuz I'm crying.. It's becoming a habit, once it's 12am, she'll wake up and start crying, you will ve to beg and say sorry till she agrees to eat before making her sleep back..

Definitely, you can use regular oats.

The basic preparation method is to heat up a small quantity of water in a pot or pan, allow it boil, then add in the oats, stir and allow to cook for like 3mins. Continue stirring at intervals to prevent it from burning. If your lo isn't so used to chewing, you can blend oats to powder first.

You can serve with fruits and yogurt, peanut butter, add a spoon of soyabeans powder to take it up a notch.

Sorry Mama. Have you considered the food you are giving baby? Maybe there is a particular ingredient that keeps triggering it and won't let all the drugs work?.

Hello ma, you need to air dry her bombom. No diaper, no pant. Just a long sleeve top and socks if the weather is cold. wipe her clean if she pees or poos. Just make sure her bom is always dry. You can also use baby tribotan. You will notice the difference by the next day. She will be fine.

My mom mixes peppersoup spices in an handkerchief then she ties in knot and places on a lantern till warm, she places it on the navel every morning, afternoon and evening.

Raw pap work.
Next time you see him poop more than 3 times within the hour, give him raw omidun (the water from pap fermentation) maybe just 2 tablespoons.
Of omidun isn't available, give him half cooked pap with half raw pap mixed together.

Have you checked if she's teething I discovered DD is growing 3tooth at once... So now my mind is at rest and I don't get angry like before, I gave her baby Rex yesterday when she woke up by 2am, she didn't cry like before after snacking she went back to sleep..

Maybe you should check, God is your strength.
