I've been to bigger cities in Europe as I studied in Germany. I have also been to a few African countries as well. While we are not competing, you need to understand that organisation is what makes a city called a city. I lived all my life in Lagos, and I can tell you Lagos is very dirty, if not for trade and commerce, it would be a very bad idea to live here.
