FCMB seems to be a good JIJO stock. Since January 2018 it has been traveling sideways between 1.46 to 3.65 (never gettingany close to 3.65 though). That wide bar has trapped prices for a very long time and will continue to do so. Implications are that whenever it retraces to 1.5 buy without fear, since 2018 it has been making that touchdown atleast once ever year. The chart is a little cluttered as it was taken on my mobile. It is a monthly time frame by d way. I also noticed that covid-19 has had no effect on the stock. 7 Likes 2 Shares

RabbiDoracle: The wide bar had 1.7 billion units traded that month, i think that for price to breakout from the 3 years trap, either direction, it may need large volume. As it is now, that volume is lacking, I think the people pushing the market recently are mostly short time players, probably JIJOists . My thoughts though, but Oga this FCMB is not showing bullish signs o, no substantial volumes to set it free. Neither buyers nor sellers are showing confidence. |

RabbiDoracle:Every individual person is entitled to his opinion, from look of things, most stocks are already equivalent to their pre corona virus era. Before corona virus Zenith was hovering around #18, GTB around #26, when you add up the dividend we received to their current price one will easily understand that they are equivalent to their previous price. Whether bonanza or no bonanza we keep on buying, But in July month most stock will drop to various junction for people to add more, before any other step will follow. Market has mind of its own, if it goes northward Mr A will be right, also if it goes southward Mr B will be right too. Whether good or bad we must surely move on. 1 Like |

megawealth01: We loaded UACN bus between N7.10 and N6.20 and precisely on MAY 22nd when it was on full bid at N8.35 Iwe made a post that those that missed UACN should join GUINNESS at circa N17. Those that dm me for exit price i told them clearly paraventure it gets to N9 we alight. It eventually traded above N9. And ever since then we adviced those that missed the first jolly trip to wait at N7.00k and review down to N6.20k and later to N3.10k. So where is the misconception 4 Likes |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Chibuking81(m): 10:01pm On Jun 22, 2020 |
Yes is good for an investors to be optimist, but he should also not throw away realistic. Seriously we don't need prophet to tell us that q2 result of many NSE companies will be lower than the previous ones, meaning that no good result is expected. When all things are normal the stocks were almost at their current price, then has present economy situation better than the last year period before the pandemic that cause havoc worldwide? Good result trigger bull move, then will bad result trigger the same bull?. Within these 3 months in view April to June that made up 100% of q2, the entire state boundary in the country was shot down no free movement, crude oil being our economy mainstream were down, Border was close, our country were living and surviving on borrowing. I beginning to emerging what is it that will trigger the bull movement in the month of July. 1 Like |
