Weldone, this is a cheat sheet. Invest in these at low price ( undervalue) and continue to take dividend until anyone among them is due for sale by being over value. grin

Chibuking81:

If you can still wait till next month of July, you can get most of sound fundamental stocks at their good lower price.
Stocks like
Zenith bank
UBA
Afriprudent
Ucap

Sir. Forget the FA vs TA for now.

I am talking about the Volume and number of shares sold na.

Why are we talking as if is not human beings that buy at these prices for you to cash out and claim profit?

When a small amount of money is moving the price of something what else is there to it than unsustainable P and D? Lol! Analysis?

How much did the other pharmaceutical companies move? Or does Neimeth suddenly have better fundamentals than them? What actually moves TA? TA?

So u are the only one who didn't know that GSK also delivered near 130% gain, and FIDSON over 102% in ROI.
For u, only NEIMETH delivered a gain good enough to tag it "a SUSPECT"

Some coys in the US, EU and a few EMs have delivered near 1,000-1,500% gains, even with a far less healthy fundamental.
...but I know u won't tag them as pump and dump. Am sure u'd rather say its a well regulated mkt !! wink cheesy grin
But if a coy delivers above 300-500% here, it becomes a clear case of pump and dump.
What a world we live in !! grin grin grin

It is well.

AIICO bonus of 1 for 5 markdown date has been shifted to September 23, 2020. The right issue has nothing to do with the market price. It was stated that the rights will be at the price of 80k per share.
Chibuking81:
AIICO will join 52 weeks low after their mark down, next tomorrow ( 5 share bonus ÷ 13 share = 0.38k. Then current price of 0.97 k - 0.38 = 59 kobo against their current 52 weeks low of 60 kobo)
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by onegentleguy: 10:50am On Jun 23, 2020
GonFreecss1:

Forgive me in advance for quoting you, but if people can’t see Neimeth was a classic case of pump and dump, then we must be deceiving ourselves here.

How much was traded volume wise? How much was used to raise the price to it’s highest price? 1 NSEMPA small chairman is enough to do it.

We can do all the analysis we want to do, the fundamentals in my opinion did not justify that rise in price.

Potential for return? Lol. Return on hope? Faith?

Ur already forgiven bro !!
...but if up until now, u still do not see the potential in NEIMETH, and the overall value drive in the healthcare sector(even in the global scene), then I AM SORRY, I CAN NOT HELP U !!

U talk about volume as if U don't understand what it means to say that a coy is ILLIQUID.
Hear this;
The illiquid nature of an asset is not adjudged from the overall value(which is a function of price and vol) but on VOLUME alone(which is a function of its OS).

That said, I'd feel as much cool when a person sees clear enough proof for a perspective and agree, as I would when they don't.
...if Neimeth was a case of P & D to u, then pls kindly live on with it. wink cheesy grin
U see investment is about perspectives, so it's very ok to hold divergent views.
...that's what makes for the dynamic nature of the mkt and determines the flow of funds.

Selah.

I like it that you have always stated that there are RISKs and REWARDs in any investment venture. The reward is when the stock delivers but the risk is when people get stuck. Illiquid stocks always do yoyo dance on the NSE and I think we should always have this at the back of our minds. No matter what you say to anyone to exercise caution in choosing the stocks to play as long as they escape and make plenty of gains it will be good. The day they will get stuck in any stock is the day they will also weigh their REWARDs against the RISKs they want to take in the future.

All the best bro.
Love that, it's a good move, I find the really value of UACN parent company at #2, then with their unbundling move at #2+1.70 UPDC REIT + #1.20 kobo of UAC property 6 to 1@ 20 kobo pending when the bail out will surface.

That is, 2+1.70+ 1.20 = #4.90.

Once I sighted it at #4.90 I will join the vehicle with hope of unbundling that will take place maybe by next year.

OK have shake again and seen that they have shifted the date to September http://www.nse.com.ng/Financial_NewsDocs/30526_AIICO_INSURANCE_PLC._CORPORATE_ACTIONS_JUNE_2020.pdf

The bonus is 1 to 5 and the right which is the manipulative brother of bonus is 5 to 13. Meaning that their number of their outstanding share that will share their earning will increase heavily.
For me it make no sense, their dividend payment is not interesting before now, they under pay their shareholders, going by their EPs, meaning over the year they have being accumulating more % as retain earning.

The question now are;
What happening to their retain earning?
Why going for right issue?

It's just an exit method that follows a certain pattern but obeys ur investing strategy and goal.
Depending on the asset entry price, ur target return and projected FVE, the laid out parttern might differ for different assets.
It could be XYZ, XZY, YXZ, YZX, ZXY or ZYX.(assuming an exit parttern of xyz factorial)
...where the alphabets X, Y and Z in % could be any positive No, while their summation is 100%.
Ur exit parttern can also be wxyz factorial or vwxyz factorial... up to n factorial.(where n can be any No of alphabet)
The factorial representation simply connotes the weight(in vol) and No of times u follow through with ur exit strategy.
Like I said; A lot will depend on the part in bold.(u need to link the 3 factors highlighted there)

A different but somewhat similar strategy can also be implored with target entries.
GonFreecss1:

Of course. Doesn’t still change genuine concerns.

If the volume was significant, I won’t even bother, makes me question how much was actually made. With that volume do you think someone would have put in 3 million naira and seen it to cash out easily?

With this you begin to see it was most likely NSEMPA members who bought, and they were quite few or many people putting 30-50K. Lol!

Me I am just after the truth and facts o. Nothing more.

The part in bold shows u probably don't understand how to play coys that are relatively illiquid.
U don't wait to trade-off or exit in bulk. ...u seek to execute in trenches/proportions at a pre-determined position size in line with ur investing personality and laid out goals.
Trade execution has to be STRATEGIC, else u get trapped !!
I mentioned it here how I exited over a 40-40-20 % mapping.(see post above)
Its just like when u hold 20-50M unit of ZENITH bank. ...U must seek to activate the same exit pattern.

That N3M u mentioned sould have bought only 7.5M unit @ 40k. NEIMETH was on full bid, doing well above average daily and weekly volumes for near 2 weeks, with volumes sometimes surpassing 5M(@ the highest bid price) when its on full bid.
An investor with 7.5M units only needs to sell 2.5M @ the day high everyday for 3 days.(thats a 33.33% by 3x exit parttern) ...or he could decide to sell 1.5M for 5 days.(which is a 20% by 5x exit parttern)
He could've easily started out his exit in bits @ above N2 and sell off before the pullback.

Like I always tell folks;
Dont just seek to be an investor... be a STRATEGIC ONE !!

Long long ago, when human beings just evolved from being barbarians, slave trade was rampant and a particular Slave merchant was with many women, trying to sell them. Chauvinistic Heroes came around all gathered trying to buy a slave they will save and turn to a fair maiden, sweet life with no hate.

Along came a Beauty slave analyst, who picked a particular slave who looked middle age, blend and no particular attractive features, it was quite grave. Then he proclaimed “she is thus from the land of Procreate, in this times were many men and heroes cannot elongate their manhoods to it’s full estimate, I give you a woman of procreate worth a thousand gold coins”.

And the FOMO was real, the people gasped, and the auction began, the rush to a thousand gold coins a fortune of untold fantasies to behold. Until a noble thus scammed and finally bought her at 1,500 gold coins looked closely feeling cheated but trying to keep hope alive shouted “I have bought a precious slave, oh gemstones of Quality have I achieved”, to which many replied “congratulations“.

And a man, a nobody saw all that happened, and was wondering why no one questioned the question of quality questions? He asked his annoying questions and the Beauty analyst replied “look at this 2 other beautiful slaves all from the land of procreate, they could have sold for less, but one sold for 400 gold coins and the other 450 gold coins”. And the man who is a nobody looked closer and even though they were not top beauty standard, they were younger than first slave, more supple than the first slave, they had curves Kim Kardashian and Beyonce will kill for (he thought to himself who are those I just thought about? And his brain said they are in the future they fit this narrative and it will let our readers laugh too).

So the Nobody is wondering, if the Beauty analyst is basing is analysis on them coming from the land of procreate, then why are these two with better features, younger and everything at these prices? As Nobody was thinking about this...

There was a high piercing scream, the Nobleman had fainted, he tried to resell his slave and couldn’t do it at even 1,000 gold coins. Last price he asked for was 500 gold coins and the eyes in the other noblemen traders face told him he would have to drop that price more...

I laugh when people analyse and talk about UACN the way they do, and i'll keep laughing !! grin grin grin
...apparently, they aren't seeing the potential but sonner than later, they will. shocked shocked cool
But by then, some of us will be "swimming" in gains.

UACN is not the 1st, and will likely not be the last.
In times past, people debated with us on DANGOTE FLOUR, DANGOTE SUGAR, DIAMOND BANK, NEWREST ASL, NEIMETH and many others. ...and in all cases, there were immense reward(ROI)
I also remember back then when people debated with me on FIDSON and INTERBREW. ...until the former rose from N1 to N7(over 600% gain) while the later rose from N2 to over N50(over 2,400% return).
...we are here !!

TIME they say, loves to set matters straight and put them in their right perspective !!
...we have since stopped talking about UACN.

It is well.
