Which Book Has Influenced You? by KCeejay125(m): 2:04pm On Jun 23, 2020
The lockdown period has given me the opportunity to read books.
I have read books on Nigeria history, politics, world, economy and motivational books
I read most of these books at my leisure time and enjoyed it.
I fell in love with books because of my father. My father had many books, sometimes I wonder if he has read all of them.
I naturally developed an appetite for reading, so those days I will read and ask questions.
I read fiction books like :
Things fall apart
Half of a yellow sun
Without a silver spoon
Chike and the river
One good turn deserves another
Born to win
One week one trouble
The potter's wheel
Expo “77”
Purple hibiscus
Women of owu.
The arrow of God and many more made my childhood an interesting experience

Books give insights to other people's knowledge, experiences and wisdom.
Books are life
Without books, the world would never have advanced as rapidly as it has done in
the last 500 years.
My vocabulary has also improved got better because I made reading books a habit. I also like discussing ideas and sharing opinions and asking questions based on issues raised in books I read.
Books have changed my life so much that I will never stop read them.
If you don't, make a habit of reading, a book a week, or at least a month. Your vocabulary
will not only get better but your mindset and knowledge and behaviours will vastly improve.
Books have influenced and changed my mindset. So much that I will never stop reading them.

*The One Thing by Gary Keller
*Spiritual Knowledge by Watchman Nee
*The Beauty Myth by Noami Wolf
*The Female Chauvinist Pig by Ariel Levi

And I Once 'accidentally' read *The Game by Neil Strauss* out sheer boredom... And believe me it was a very strange but elightening journey

And as for some Nigerian books:
*Half a Yellow sun
& The trouble with Nigeria by Chinua Achebe
*Ake' by Wole Soyinka
And the evergreen *Things fall Apart by Chimamanda Adichie
Are memorable ones
