The truth is such a business can not be run by a government. They'll run it down. It's good they have built it. It should be sold out to people that can handle it with government stake still intact.

This is what a government should be doing.
It should manage for a while by the state government then privatized, since it may be difficult for government to sustain effective management due to corruption, perception of Nigerians and attitude towards government owned assets, businesses and investment.
Set gabriel is a PPP sir not completely government

I will encourage Gov. Udom Emmanuel to restore the face of the state university by establishing faculty of medical sciences in the institution.
