hammer3: Impossible those cost too much, not even whole cities in China or England live like that. People don’t have enough money for thst, simply providing water, electricity and having elevators and constant care for all the buildings onitsha can become very developed. 4 Likes |

These are the same people that will leave Boko Haram and Fulani Herdsmen to be chasing IPOB. Almost every thread they will mention IPOB. No day is allowed to pass without mentioning IPOB. IPOB is their God. 2 Likes |

Tower structures are ideal for offices but can also double as apartment blocks. This, my people, is where we are heading. Aniigbo require smart land management especially rural areas. We will keep finding ourselves having this conversation from time to time. It is a conversation that we must have and be open-minded enough to discuss as matured men. I apologise for the aboki or afonja homosexual that derailed the thread and use spam bolt to ban my moniker for the day. 3 Likes

topboss: But the rent in them will be too high. I suggest a smaller scale of that, and all buildings have solar power, so that the useless NEPA will not be a problem for all of the people, like these ones below. 4 Likes

Kuruptnigga: Why they are not building it is because not only in Igboland but the whole country celebrates mediocrity. Another excuse is there no electricity to power the lift, I said why not use solar for the lift and water, for now, the excuse again is it is too expensive. 4 Likes |

Governor Obiano is Expanding Estates Around Awka Housing is one of the critical needs of man. State governments in Nigeria have different approach towards tackling the housing deficit in their domain. Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano in December 2019 inaugurated a N13bn estate to solve the housing needs of residents of Awka, the state capital. Obiano recently laid the foundation stone for the construction of the project, a smart city called Awka Millennium City (AMC). Obiano, during the inauguration stated that AMC, also known as ‘Millionaire Estate’, would have all the infrastructure found in any modern city, and would be an ideal place for the rich in the society to live in. The obiano administration is very much committed to housing development and he's therefore doing all he can to ensure that housing deficit in Anambra is reduced. He has engaged the private sector in a public private partnership to build estates at a much lower cost to the individuals. The World Bank estimates Nigeria’s housing deficit to be 17 million. This figure is increasing yearly by 20 per cent. Hence, to bridge this gap, the World Bank recommends at least 700,000 units annually “to keep up with growing population and urban migration” So the government needs to continue building more houses at low income prices to enable people to live in a sheltered environment. Housing developments fast growing in Anambra. 4 Likes

Rocksvibes234: Would Obiano rent those ugly houses he let people litter everywhere with. Obiano has moved from where he is currently living in Spring Cypress and moved to a wealthy Woodlands Woodlands castle. Now, how could Obiano build those ghetto houses and expect wealthy Anambra men to rent. Look at the environment , no trees , no flowers no designs...just an ugly structure with bricks. May all Nigerian politicians bleed and die miserably!! 4 Likes |
