I will suggest instead of buying it and installing it why don't you buy a 4g USB modem or if you have money to spend, buy a mifi. If windows is your operating system you can make a call with the 4g USB modem, but the problem is that it is locked to a certain speed. And it's cheaper than buying the wwan card from foreign online shops

Have you just installed Windows 10 or you recently did a reset/format?

Possible solution is to reinstall your display driver

There's is nothing wrong with your laptop, those engineers did not help you set the bios settings appropriately, that's why it's bringing up that boot menu. The bios should be set to boot your operating system to hard disk drive as the first boot

The problem of '0% plugged in charging' is usually a hardware problem and not driver issues.

It occurs due to:
1. Bad battery
2. Faulty motherboard (specifically charging IC/charge controller).

See a technician ASAP as you won't be able to fix it yourself.

What's your laptop model?

Do you mean all usb ports on the pc has stopped detecting any device plugged into them?

Battery self drain is common with aging batteries.

Yeah right. Hp and DELL are great brands but I'd choose Dell over HP given similar specs owing to durability. Check most latest offerings of hp that are budget friendly they all have cheap looking plastics and feable hinges not to mention their LCDs with very very fragile glass finishing.

Their Elitebooks are rugged but they aren't budget friendly and none of their mobile workstation is budget friendly for those who can only afford a regular pc without those extra features. HP has models for the low end budget market. I was actually comparing their lines of affordable laptops to DELL's.
