The points raised in the petition are well noted. NJC must show these political judges the way out of the bench. You cannot stay in Port Harcourt and grant injunction on a matter that is meant to happen in Benin City if not that you have been bribed.

Accelerated hearing! The judge I see has already been procured to give a devastating verdict against Obaseki tomorrow. He'll hear both side's arguments tomorrow and adjourn for judgement. Read the story very well, no order was given, restraining Obaseki from contesting.
The bone of contention according to PDP, is the order to serve the respondent. Traveling from Edo to PH, for the case,while Edo has federal high court, that would have been easier for Obaseki, rather than Port Harcourt, bearing in mind that the primarily comes up on Friday.
But the judge fixed the hearing for tomorrow..

This is double standard nature of Apc and their supporters. Can you recall what happened, when Chibuke Amaechi, of rivers state, kwankwaso rabiu of Kano,, Ahmed of Kwara and Bukola Sarakil left PDP for Apc. Did the party structures in the various states not change hands and the decampees become the party leaders then, so what is different from what PDP wants to do in Edo?
The three PDP aspirants have tried remaining in the Party til now, but none of them, can win this election for PDP, no matter how much they try.
The need Gov Obaseki now, with his popularity and war chest, more over, if he wins, he just have a term of 4yrs. If Ize Iyamu wins,their suffering and waiting will be prolonged.
