I start by putting a very little amount of oil in the pot. I then add the peppers and onions. Once they fry a bit, I add the mixed Carrots, Sweet Peas, and Sweet Corn (I use the frozen ones and it should be defrosted so that you can drain the water) and allow it to simmer for a while. For seasoning, I use Salt and Adobo and I add them before putting the frozen veggies.

Meatpie Dough
6 cups of APF
4 sticks Butter
2 Teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon ground Allspice (optional)
1/2 cup of water

Tips: if you have Cake stand mixer with dough hook. Then combine all dry ingredients and mix, add water. Mix the dough until it's smooth and a bit stretchy. Otherwise use hand to mix the dough.

Cut and roll on a floured surface/ board before adding the mince filling

Jesu oloun! Why some of u sabi post dirty dish here after eating? Is it part of the food presentation too. Some will even take a close shot of empty plate with bones and spoon laced with saliva. I don't want to call names but una sabi una selves. It's totally unnecessary and dirty.

I pray for the day Nigeria will start producing her own dairy products ( fresh milk, butter, cheese...) We won't have to settle for alternatives.
If only the northerners had needs for those products...

My dear it's just like cooking normal stew.

Add palm oil to the dry and hot pot.

Leave palm oil to bleach well until the whole foamy stuff is clear from the surface.

Add onions, leave to dry not burnt.

Add your blended tomatoes and pepper and start fry till it gets dried.

Add curry, your meat or fish and a bit of water, leave for 5 to 10minutes before adding maggi and salt. Leave for a little while. Ready! Goodluck.
