Investnow2017:I'm waiting for the spike in other states to finally conclude yeah it's the protests. So far NY and Minnesota haven't seen real spikes yet . Funny south Africa has conducted more tests than many countries including Nigeria and they're just recording high numbers now. From what is happening, my take is unless you are New Zealand, have low population density, do effective tests and contact tracing and of course the socio-economy and psyche of the people permits, then there's no getting rid of this thing. Now Nigeria is a funny case cos we don't know how sick people are getting and it's annoying . Their just dropping figures is becoming useless now . Lagos don't even provide breakdown again. I'm beginning to agree with some in saying 'where are they getting this people from' |

SirWarlock:Yes over here it is losing steam because the general morale is quite of it, no one seems to be genuinely concerned. I think the entire economy should be opened up, yes, defrozenned, it is only then we might be able to better understand if we need to go worrying about the pandemic. I have this feeling, the NCDC has a stockpile of samples they are testing in arrears, juggling the states, hence some states register on their charts today and the next day its absent. They are likely overwhelmed as people now get their results days, if not over a week, after sample was collected. And some deaths occur before help comes, like in the case of my brother's late friend I mentioned. It's crazy really. |

heykims: Ask Mr Boss Mustapha, Dr. Osagie Ehanire, Dr. Chikwe Ihekweazu, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Farouq THEY ARE THE PUBLIC OFFICERS PROFITTING FROM THIS COVID 19 pandemic. If you look into their heart they do not even want it to even stop. ALL OF THEM DON MAKE BILLIONS INTO THEIR PRIVATE BANK ACCOUNT. Some of them are even EYEING to contest governorship election in their respective state of origin. IF YOU SEE THEM DURING THEIR PRESS CONFERENCE THEY PRETEND TO BE WORKING FOR THE COMMON MAN. They are all working for their pocket while pretending to be on national service. |

COVID-19 is real, stay safe everyone, I pray this ends fast, seeing there are masses who can't afford a single square meal. Luckily, FCMB has partnered with Babban Gona alongside some groups to help feed needy Nigerians daily.
