Eh, excuse me but who are you? We don't know you here. I am a bonafide ghostmode reader who prefers reading comments and I haven't seen one relevant contribution you have made in here for a very long time. If you have nothing to contribute, then join us here in the ghostmode arena and be quiet because you just proved TheSupernerd's point of just anyone wanting to have a go at him and for childish reasons, I can conclude. I know he is a controversial fellow by virtue of his popularity on the thread but he is also a very smart contributor and that's obvious to most of you who act like you envy the guy.
This person you quoted is one of the thread's strongest contributors if not the strongest and I don't doubt his passion for Nigerian football. So please mister or miss, we don't know you in here and neither do some of us in the ghostmode camp recognise you. Looking for cheap attention off Mr. Nerdy's posts is quite a low and reeks of self esteem issues. Don't even expect a reply from me because I don't do banter. Have a nice day.

If Sadik Umar goes to Lille and Dessers also moves to Genk, I am sorry to say that Umar will take Dessers position in the SE in the nearest future.

Though Genk is a bigger club compared to Heracles but Dutch league top scorer shouldn't be going to Genk, that's steps below. What happens to Moenchenglabach or Marseille or even Atalanta?

i've watched dessers, he dey try but i dont rate him... his game and style of play is average. this season he is the top scorer and he declared for us which is the only reason i wanted him in the squad, apart from that nothing much... when i saw the Genk interest and move i was not surprised at all, im even surprised at people here getting surprised at all... anything can happen sha...

on sadik, i remember seeing him at the Olympics or so, nd if i'm correct i think i had seen him in one of our aged group teams once, maybe not. then i remembered AS Roma, then nothing again till i started hearing about his performance here... i watched the video dropped by chriskel and i was like wow, this guy don improve ooo, can dribble so well, can hold the ball well, the best part is he could drop so deep to receive the ball, drive forward and also a great assist man, wow.... But, there was a 'but' i discoverd, the serbian league, or lets say some of the oppositions i saw sadiq dribbling upandan looks like kids... not to take anything away from the guy, monster season, but he should come to france, or any step up league and lets see him wella...

nwakali, the trending guy on this thread... i was happy he made his debut, he nor easy... i like the guy, why? i nor know,, but i don like am since u17... so im happy that he is back and i actually watched his few minutes debut... i pray he makes a big comeback...

in short you rate sadiq higher than Desser

all this transfer news about sadiq is still speculations but desser has already made a move
I respect desser's move to Genk coz he will be more appreciated in Genk than other club and in Genk he will surely have more play time that the major reason he went to Genk

I think he will go back to roma. He is ready for the serie A and their strike force could use the reenforcement.

If both Umar and Dessers makes their respective moves to Lille and Genk and they both come good, Umar will be consider over Dessers because France is a much and far bigger league compared to Belgium.
Indirectly I am saying Dessers shouldn't join Genk, he is Dutch league top scorer for 2019/2020 for God sake

❍ 62 games

Nah I don't think a rising star like Osimhen should be anywhere near that Newcastle team that won't play Champions League football in the next couple of years even with the new sponsors they are sporting

And then again since joelington was bought for 40mil and if Newcastle make a bidding for Osimhen it should start from nothing less than 100mil grin

dem get the money to spend

When making a move a players has to be strategic. And look at where his skill set will be best utilised as well as know what his skill set is.

Rising stars with bad transfer decision can become falling stars very quickly. This is the nature of football. CAUTION

Osimhen has effectively had two seasons of first team professional football, this is indeed his second season. Which may turn out they way the French league is going to be almost a 2/3 season.

If he cuts it in Newcastle then he will be on the target of the top clubs of Europe with an even bigger transfer fee.

Which top team is he going to go and automatically become the numero one without serious competition. Even boxers pick thier fights wisely.

Well, he did well in Holland before Rangers brought him.
Football is not some rigid mathematical formulea.
He might cut it in the French league. I think the style of play of the scottish league must have been a problem or Gerard did not understand him.
You are TOO JUDGMENTAL. It might be that his new coach in serbia understands his skillful style and fitted him into a formation that works for him.
He was not even given enough game time in Rangers.
Besides, he has improved. All these stuff about moving 14 steps up is just there. He only needs to work harder.
His assist record is wonderful for a striker and that might distinguish him. It shows that he has play making skills and good llink up play which is valuable for a forward (17 goals 16 assists).
Every coach likes a player for different reasons.
I cannot argue again i am tired.
I am tired of your judgmental attitude

The entirety of football is based on JUDGMENT not emotive sentiment.

And NO he was not outstanding in the Eredivisie 12 games and 5 goals is not outstanding. He was in Perugia 17 games 3 goals. He has scored a total of 12 goals in lowly Serbian league not 17

These are the facts upon which a deduction of quality can be made or if you like judgment.

You are being led by sentiment.

He was given opportunity at Rangers but FAILED WOEFULLY. Opportunity is not an entitlement yoi must EARN IT, he simply did not earn any note opportunity.

Sadiq barely saw game time at Rangers. After Gerrard told the media that Sadiq was being lazy, you came here to rubbish him....we remember it!
Stop this "he moved to a lower league" thing already...until this year, the Scottish league was on the same level with the Serbian league on the UEFA coefficient ranking.. He is playing in a decent league and doing well...
He played in the Dutch league too where he scored 5 goals and 3 assists in 12 games...
You just decided to use his Rangers stint to rubbish him as per say you are more biased regarding British football..

The fact that Lille are monitoring him as Osimhen's replacement says a lot about how good he is...

First of all move away from your emotive based sentiment and look at the facts.

But you clearly cannot.

IF Umar actually joins Lille, Dessers must have played one or two games before then so Umar will be waiting for a chance to displace Dessers

Club status does not automatically make you a starter

The facts are these

1) Sadiq played in the Italian serieA and SeeieB and performed decently

2) He played in the Dutch league and performed decently

3) He went to Rangers, didn't get enough game time and they tagged him "lazy"

4) You ignored no.1 and no.2 and used no.3 to judge him

5) He is currently playing at a league that's more or less on the same level as the Scottish league and is performing

Which other fats have I left out?
