You have a point... I am still consulting

Okay.
Don't have much strength for argument......but if we say someone is selling off (UACN), hope we didn't forget that someone is staking his money on it as well.
What if those insider dealings were mere crossings from a friend to another friend or inviting a highly influential friend unto the table?
What if it's another core shareholder taking position while another one is crossing some of his stakes to him?
What if the shareholder selling is doing so to pursue other interests?

Not too long ago, Wigwe was selling Access and people were panicking, now he's buying back.

During diamond time, there were quite a lot of crossings from the Herberts to the Wigwes (correct me if I'm wrong).

I think these guys knows more than we do.

In the prospectus however, there were details of how the unbundling is going to be done.

Still reading and trying to figure things out myself anyway........until I did this type of findings during Diamond era, I didn't understand it well, was just following Nsempas blindly before then.......but when I did, I could remember posting in favour of the merger thereafter.... tongue

People are selling their houses to invest in some of these High Yield Investment Schemes, I hope they come out safe on the long run.

If conditions are the same, then he believes actual price is probably 7-8 naira per share or more depending on if former constraints still exists that makes 10 naira look overvalued?

If conditions are different (Better), maybe adjust for it as former selling price = X. So if things are better X > 10, 11, 12... depending on conditions and earnings I am too lazy to look at.

Or all this might be nonsense and he is just doing Jijo. grin

Be very careful when people start telling others how they make their money and later invite others into the business or Investment.

I don't tell people that I am into portfolio Investments, it is people who always come to meet me that I should educate them on the coded things I do, which are stock, bonds, money market, REIT and side business

Just hope for the best from them tomorrow! Note that united securities may not be able to do much if your bank has not yet uploaded to NIBSS for payment.

If no positive response tomorrow, you will have to either patiently wait for payment or may have to visit your bank and put pressure on them to do the needful if you are in a hurry. For the fact that they are already processing it is a step in a right direction.
