Don't have much strength for argument......but if we say someone is selling off (UACN), hope we didn't forget that someone is staking his money on it as well.
What if those insider dealings were mere crossings from a friend to another friend or inviting a highly influential friend unto the table?
What if it's another core shareholder taking position while another one is crossing some of his stakes to him?
What if the shareholder selling is doing so to pursue other interests?

Not too long ago, Wigwe was selling Access and people were panicking, now he's buying back.

During diamond time, there were quite a lot of crossings from the Herberts to the Wigwes (correct me if I'm wrong).

I think these guys knows more than we do.

In the prospectus however, there were details of how the unbundling is going to be done.

Still reading and trying to figure things out myself anyway........until I did this type of findings during Diamond era, I didn't understand it well, was just following Nsempas blindly before then.......but when I did, I could remember posting in favour of the merger thereafter....
