Good morning house, please I have a quick question. How do you pay the application and biometrics fee to submit application. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Lekiboboe: 10:05am On Jun 25, 2020 |
Bestvibe2020:Its paid thru ATM card MASTER CARD or VISA CARD preferably, others might work though.. Though there might be cases of TRANSACTION NOT APPROVED & DECLINED when u want to pay, so if that occurs, u might need to try other bank's ATM card (Master Card / Visa Card) 2 Likes |

Hello, please can one merge birth certificates of siblings with other documents in the Client information session or should it be with the imm family information form? |

Anon123: The person in question got refused and this is his second application. He even shared the refusal reasons gotten from the refusal letter that was sent earlier this month. Maybe if you go back a few pages, you’ll see for yourself. I doubt someone will lie about his refusal. And yes, it was for a study permit. |

No.. An engineer is thinking of applying so I thought to ask especially if it's even possible Did you submit GMAT? what's ur own first degree? Full or part time? Did you get funding? What was the duration between application and admission decision? Sorry for plenty questions o.. Kindly answer librangyps: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by librangyps(f): 1:12pm On Jun 25, 2020 |
Pee2Jay9: My Indian friend with Engineering background also got it. I have Accounting background. Full time but taking fall semester online due to covid We both did gmat No funding, tuition is less than Cad 1500 per semester Less than 3months application duration. I was supposed to join the fall 2019 class but had to defer the whole process till this year cos my gmat score wasn't ready. Long story. I submitted gmat score in October and received admission decision in November of 2019 against fall 2020. Undergraduate background doesn't matter much, your application is looked at as a whole. Work experience, gpa, test score, essays etc. 2 Likes |

Hello once again, please I need clarity for the below situation: I got admission into Usask for Masters in public administration. 1. What is the ideal/minimum balance I am supposed to write on my form Imm 1294e if my tuition fee is $19,500(payable per credit courses enrolled) for the whole 16months program. Note however, the following costs were outlined on my admission letter for one academic year. Tuition: $9,778 Estimated Living expenses for off campus/On campus respectively: $13,410 /$17,260 Books and supplies:$1350-$1600 Student fee :$1070 My confusion now is, to present proof of funds available for my studies, am i supposed to strictly show a total of the cost outlined by the school on my admission letter ? OR show the whole $19,500 + $10,000 as recommended by IRCC ? 2. On the imm1294e, I have the option to either choose one of; self-sponsored, parents or other. I have 6million in my fixed deposit account(4mths old) which is not enough to cover the entire expenses. I really want to pick self sponsorship as I read somewhere on this thread it shows more financial credibility for married and older individuals (I am 35yrs old , female and married with 3kids). I have someone(potential sponsor) who is willing to transfer additional 5million to my account temporarily, should I go ahead and do this and then claim I sold one of my land. Or just opt for co-sponsorship using a family friend with 15million credit balance in her SOA. Sorry for my epistle but I need answers to this confusion. Thank you as you do. 1 Like |

Good evening, I have a relative who wants to pay a tuition fee of about 6,900 CAD but doesn't know how to go about it. Deadline is tomorrow. Please, can anyone recommend a means or point me towards the direction (at a favourable exchange rate) |

Hi.. Is there a law that said we must submit the family form alone? Was thinking he can merge all family documents and pictures +IMM form and upload in this section to reduce the documents in Client section TimAke: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Pee2Jay9: 8:05pm On Jun 25, 2020 |
I've read that Form A is used at banks for such purposes but you need to know the destination account and all, and go with your admission letter stating amounts and fees Phobos19: |

Hello Gurus My passport was issued in the UAE and it is written on the passport. In the IMM1294e form there is a section where they asked "COUNTRY OR TERRITORY OF ISSUE" and i filled Abu dhabi UAE. Then when i was trying to upload it on the IRCC website it keeps giving me an error that i have chosen Nigeria as my Nationality in the checklist section. Please what can i do |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Lekiboboe: 8:53pm On Jun 25, 2020 |
Pee2Jay9:Nope there is no law but it's like its a protocol All download IMM forms are to be Uploaded in its required section..... Other documents/forms that are not from CIC are SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS (as directed by CIC) and are to be Uploaded in the CLIENT INFORMATION or POF |

Foski01: Defer your admission.. if u apply, u will be given 3months to get your biometrics done. With vfs global on leave with no time line of return. I suggest u defer the admission. Its safer. U don't have anything to lose by deferring My 2kobo |

You can put in your application. Most schools are delivering the fall semester ( Sept - Dec) online. It gives enough time for you to get your visa before physical resumption probably sometimes later in the year or January Foski01: 1 Like |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Pee2Jay9: 9:51am On Jun 26, 2020 |
Lekiboboe: Ok but is this protocol specified by IRCC? cos while uploading IMM forms, there are sections that u must upload just filled forms while there are others that you can afford to scan and upload. The family section is one of those were u can print, sign and upload scanned forms, so I think other documents can be merged to the IMM form for this family section. Only a superior argument with proof where an applicant has been denied or requested to submit supporting documents already merged & uploaded in this section will make it a fact; else I think it's up to choice and interpretation. So I look forward to examples from the past. 1 Like |

Phobos19: You can use CIBC if you school is affiliated to them as a means of payment. They are fast and very cheap compared to bank swift charges. They accept visa/master card 1 Like 1 Share |

I hail all the Gurus in the house, I'm new to Nairaland and I must say this thread has been of immense help to me. Read thru a lot of the info you guys have put out and it has put strong confidence in my heart to apply for the canadian study Visa by myself. God bless you all. I have a question to ask please and I have not seen anyone talk extensively about it. I have a personal business which I run with my husband, got admission to study at Saskpoly, have every required doc but the only issue is that I don't have tax certificate for my business and this business is my sponsor and tie back home. Can I go ahead to submit all the other documents without it, can it be waived by any means? Please help urgently! |
