He was hyped abeg. Where you here when I began the Osimhen hypes as far back as 2016 with respect to the Super Eagles?

Even as recently as last year I kept referring to Osimhen to Little Drogba or a player similar to Drogba. We who talk up Osimhen have never stopped since after the U-17 WC. We even overcelebrated his first Professional goal while in Belgium in here like crazy. I personally saw to that.

Bro, the hype wasn't anything near Nwakali and Chuks...try to understand what I am.implying

If Osimhen had failed, Joebie and komekn wouldda killed us with taunts for hyping him to his grave. They wouldda been robbing Tammy on our faces here grin grin

Wait until komekn comes to tell you how he is gonna be a waste man, and how Tammy is gonna achieve more. You go even surprise how Joebie wey dun give this post a thumb up, go automatically do a U-turn, starting his clause like "...but, considering...I think I will agree with komekn that..."

TheSuperNerd:
Thank you oooo Chris. I did the exact same thing and even was over the top a few times with respect with Osimhen. His very first goal in his senior professional career, that was what brought me out of my ghostmode back then inspite of my tight schedule at the time to just come celebrate it before I logged off again. That I will never forget.
If Osimhen had failed to justify our faith in him, the people tagging any small mention of Nwakali here as hype would have tagged that of Osimhen too as hype. But he is justifying the faith and belief some of us here showed in the lad and it is no more called hype. It is funny.

It is better if folks can keep quiet about a period they knew nothing about and stop forming "ITK" all in a bid to sell the notion that Nwakali is being hyped and Osimhen wasn't.
You see it in the way some of them will come up and start trying to color or limit praises of Osimhen subtly.
When Osimhen was being bashed left, right and centre, these ones played "snake" and went almost quiet when a few of us voiced our beliefs and optimism in his talents but they are now out to tell others how Osimhen should be praised. I laugh in the face of hypocrisy. Especially the ones who change like the weather and cannot take a stance for themselves as you described in one of your posts. Hahahahaha. grin

The worst of them all na that komekn boy wey dey chase clout and glory here and there. As for his muppets, I don't take them seriously Bkus dey ain't got balls to be decisive.

After everything that boy said about Osimhen, shame still dey gree am log in here to pretend he ever believed in him

The only reason I am linked to Nwakali on here is b'cos I still believe in the lad. All I do is drop his match reports and speak of his good qualities which I hope can come to light if he works hard enough and bounces back.

If he was still inactive, he won't be mentioned here as much and I cannot suddenly manufacture match report for a player who didn't play.... but I assure you that some others will still find a way to mention him in the light of how he is walking around Owerri or Onitsha or even Enugu or how he is wearing some blings. Lol
People must just find talk.

Again you are quite incorrect about that. I have been talking up Osimhen quite well since 2016. Same with a few others like TheGoodJoe. I recall vividly our discussions on Osimhen leading the lines for us with Nacho having to possibly step aside at some point. That is what is playing out now.

I only began talking up Chukwueze properly from 2018. Chukwueze was not making headways in terms of transfer between 2016 and 2017 like Nwakali and Osimhen then sef.

Nwakali was in the convo since around 2016/2017 for our future long term midfield prospects due to his loan move to Holland Erste divisie while Osimhen was always talked up since 2016. Chuks' own began late and gained some weight after that mazy messi-like dribbling of six to seven players for Villarreal B in 2018.

And the talks around Nwakali on this thread have had more to do with his lifestyle, Instagram posts and some would say "his gallivanting" around the south east. Lol. Several of those talks hardly have to do with football sef. And no be me dey carry such. It is a couple others. I always stick to football matters predominantly as regards our players and you know that.

A big lie. The hype on Chuks began long before he even faced Barca and Madrid. The hype on Chuks began when he was at Villarreal B with the likes of Chriskels, BascoVanVeli and me talking him up. Even Tbaba dropped some positive comments on Chuks.

Most especially after he did this with Villarreal B about two years ago...

Bia Elfy... Wait first. If there is a player you should have a problem with right now between the two players you mentioned, it should be Nwakali. At least, he just returned to try resurrect his career so should not be mentioned in the same breath as others right now with respect to the NT.

But you also seem to have a problem with Chukwueze. Chuks has been doing well going to two seasons now and is even showing good improvements this season especially in terms of playing well with teammates and trying to find a balance between going it alone and teamwork . I really don't think he should be mentioned in the same sentence as Nwakali. Chuks is far ahead man. Wetin Chuks do you? Lol
