Cross-River and Akwa Ibom have absolutely everything to be a super mega tourist destination. From the mountain ranges of Obudu where the land touches the clouds to the white sands of Eket.... just wow.

These sister states are begging for investment. Who is listening.

They could turn it into the next high level resort, with ferries and speedboats to convey people from all over West Africa, to their tourist destination. Water sports can also be promoted there, and scuba diving, jet skis etc, will also gain huge popularity.

But sadly, our people do not think too deeply. If the insecurity caused by the Niger-Delta militants can be quelled totally, nothing stops those islands from raking in huge revenues.

A State blessed by God with everything one can imagine. My one year national youth service in that State was worthwhile. I so much love the State. Lovely, beautiful and accommodating people. I wish to visit the State and tour round her one day. Akwa ibom is truly beautiful. Akwa ibom ayaya So painful I couldn't understand their language so well
