First learn to have a view of the overall trend, then wait for prices to reach an important level then wait for a signal.

For example, from the weekly chart, price has been in a descending channel and has rejected the114.00 level a couple of times(trend is down). Now when you drill down to the daily timeframe, you see price approaching that level again and it also shows clearly the previous rejected level(key resistance level). now all you need do is wait to see a sell signal (I personally use pinbars and fakeys) (signal). once that happen,its a go for me.

I might be wrong as I just try to trade what I see. No doubt she is at a resistance zone but that strong hold of 4 4H candles [16hrs] above 1779 suggests that support is solid and we should be attempting the next resistance around 1798/1802 before any down move.

USDJPY looks like a sell to me.

She constantly rejected that D1 38.2 for over how many times which showed lack of liquidity from the last supply zone up there.
So the most reasonable thing is for it to go to a higher supply zone to get more sell lliquidity. We could reach 1793 today before like 700pips crash. But I still dont trust that 1800 everyone is talking about. It's a trap or maybe I'm just too suspicious.

Using moving averages is not price action.
Price action means underlying live price data as it occurs. Tools for price action trading are; Support & Resistance levels, Trendlines, Candlestick formations @ key levels, Fibonacci retracement.
Master all this n u will smile in the long run.
