You don't need the CAC documents. Don't complicate an otherwise simple matter. Your name isn't on the incorporation documents; Your claim to the company is as a staff based on your earlier comment so put together your visa application as a staff of that company. You only need the incorporation documents (plus company bank statements) if the company is sponsoring your trip as a family member of one of the directors and even if the company is sponsoring you, you still need to submit your bank statements as evidence of your personal situation in Nigeria and to show that you have a means of livelihood outside the sponsorship. Just make sure that all the information I listed out in my prior comment are on the company's letter-headed paper. juliusocean: 1 Like |

Please i need to know. I intend to renew my visa and also for my 3kids. My budget for all 4 of us is N2mil. Should i quote in their respected forms or how is it done? Secondly, my last visa was 2yrs, can i apply the 2yr validity for my kids or i must start with 6mths? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by mimilyrics: 1:53pm On Jun 26, 2020 |
1. What's your income in relation to your budget? If you earn N3M annually and you intend to spend N2M, it will raise a red flag. Does the N2M cover your airfares, accomodation, feeding and other leisure activities you may want to engage in? You should itemize everything you'd be spending on as that would be handy for a realistic budget. 2. Yes, you can. Once you have a history of leaving when you're due to leave and not overstaying your visa at any point, it's okay. iyatrustee: |

mimilyrics: 1. Annual income is almost 8mil. Budget is mainly for airticket, shopping miscelleanous. Accomodation and feeding is off the budget as a family friend will host us whilst in the UK. 2. My trips are usually about 10days at the max. I have never overstayed. My real issue is filling out the forms for the kids as regards budget. Should i divide the N2mil and allot portions or put in the whole amount on everyone's application. Thanks! 1 Like |

Put exactly what each child is spending I.e Tickets, costs of fun rides e.t.c. Add this all up and that's what each child will spend. Each child's expenditure will be what they are expected to spend out of the N2M since that's all you have available for the trio. Your own application should reflect the total amount available for you and your kids. iyatrustee: 1 Like |

Iyatrustee , Yes, you are to allot portions. Put each child's budget in their individual forms. Your own form should carry the total budget for the trip. 1 Like |

Good day, great minds. Please I need your counsel as per U.K visa application. I applied with my family in 2018 but was denied because the visa officer felt the money in my account wasn't available to me to spend, about 2Million naira. Forward to now I have three accounts I wish to present; salary account cos am a govt employee (earn over 240k), savings account and biz account, which I registered last year November. Presently each accounts has over a million naira in it. Also, this time I will applying alone, with booked resort through Hemmingsway safari club because I am a member and I will be responsible for all expenditures. Before I opened the Biz account I was using my savings accounts for my business transactions. Am I good to go pls? Your counsels and contributions will be appreciated. Thanks Good morning guys n happy new month. Pls let d experts in here advise based on d above . |

Principle of Reciprocity applies. Nigerian airspace is closed to them, so theirs is closed to Nigerians. They review their position every 2 weeks, so hold on. flinton: 1 Like |

please I intend to apply for a tourist visa but I don't know how to prove source of fund cuz my sponsor's business isn't even registered. Should I register a new business name with CAC and gradually build my statement of account for the next 6 months? But I'm having a thought that the duration the company is in existence will not convince the ECO enough..Please what do you guys think? |

Goddys: I will be shocked if you are given a visa under this arrangement. Why would the small business owner spend his business money on you for a foreign holiday? As an adult you are expected to sponsor your own holiday 1 Like |

Please, advice me gurus in the house. In January 2018, I applied for a German tourist visa and in my application, I filled that I'm married (I'm not actually married). I submitted fake marriage certificate and child birth certificate. I was denied visa on the grounds that I do not have enough funds to take care of my stay in Germany. Fast forward to 2020, I have a fiancee, a Nigerian/British citizen who is planning on coming back this September possibly after restriction is lifted on overseas travel for our wedding. My question now is if she file for me as her hubby, will the UK embassy dig up my past details from the German tourist visa application about my supposed married status and child? And if they do, what will be my chances of getting the visa? Please, gurus in the house make una help a brother with advice. |
