Coming back after my transaction to say this was a big mistake and everyone should be careful with these funds.
He wrote boldly legit and he can provide evidence of it being legit, and that is what he is still writing on these ads. When I contacted him, I asked him the source and he said "usually unemployment claim but not all". What do I know, I had never even heard of unemployment before I reached out to him and I assumed its Nigerians over there trying to send money home. I asked for $2000 @ N360.

First $300 was sent successfully, the balance was sent through a different sender the next day. Immediately he (or the new sender) sent the balance, the senders account and mine was limited. I have transacted 6 months ago, $1800 with Hazzan and have never had issues. Immediately after I paid, he said I should always confirm first that it’s very important. I confirmed like 2 hours later that there was an issue and it was limited. I did not check with the actual account owner and didn’t know account was instantly limited as soon as the funds entered.
What was the point of paying the sender before getting my confirmation? He said because its someone he knows he can get money back from. Ok but you just agreed if I had confirmed it was limited, you won’t have held me for the money right? So I sent it in error. Can I have my money back? The story changes again.

Days after it was limited, the news about unemployment fraud came out and I rushed to tell him did he know those funds are linked to fraudulent sources and hope it has nothing to do with the funds he sent me. He said No, that thank GOD the funds he sent me was from a different source. Today he told me that “didn’t he tell me upfront that it was unemployment that did he force me to buy? And that even at that, its not unemployment and was from a different source” – This is very confusing.

At first due to PayPal’s terminology I thought it was sent as GnS but his sender insists it was sent as fnf. After contacting Paypal, back and forth, they told me the Sender's account was likely limited also. Today he finally confirms to me that indeed the Sender's account was limited and that he wishes I had confirmed before sending him the money as “you’re only obliged to ensure refund if you’re account is limited not to pay for it”. These are his actual words.

Ok so it was an error for me to send you right? Ok give me back my money and you wait till December for refund, the story changes again. If I had checked before paying you, I would have seen that the account was instantly limited. Would you have held me for your money in that case? No
