If you are worried, you can have a swab of your urethral meatus done to rule out chlamydia/gonorrhoea but highly unlikely.

I had a problem few months back...whenever I stool there is blood and pains like my anus is tearing.......
I endured it for some weeks thinking it will stop ,but no way.. So I visited a herb dealer for drugs(agbo Jedi Jedi) after taking it the bleeding and the pains stopped....then after some weeks again...I started feeling the tear when stooling but no blood...then after stooling my anus pains me for like a day and the pains will stop until I stool again....please doctors help me...!!!

Could be pile. Do you find it difficult to pass stool. Like you force stool to come out. Does something come out from your anus? Like something swollen? If yes, then I can tell you what to take cos it happens to me too. Or better still see a doctor

like what's the code, because I'm having fears o,I went for test the other day due to I'm having some kind of body pains and hotness of the body and I ask the doctor I want to run test, so after the test he didn't disclose to me the outcome rather he requested I go for another test that same day, i went to the lab, my blood samples and urine which they took initially for the first test was still used, few hours later the result was out this time he asked me to returned back in 5days time to redo another test, without still disclosing to me what they find out,...

but the only thing I saw in the file was something that looks like AVS or RSV -negative, I can't recall everything vividly

I'm afraid this people might have done hiv test, because I don't understand why the suspense..

please I need reply as I will be going back next tomorrow, just that I'm not feeling comfortable and also have fears due to the repeating series of test the doctor is asking I do

Your doctor should ideally explain the reasons for doing any blood tests and the tests indicated before carrying it out. If your doctor hasn’t explained this to you, it means they haven’t taken informed consent from you to carry out any tests.
RSV from what I can see here is a respiratory virus. Ask your doctor for better explanation next

You should ideally gain weight as your gestation months increase but your weight gain shouldnt be too much. Remember most babies weigh between 3-5kg on average. If you are well in yourself and your antenatal scan is normal till date, I won’t worry too much about not putting on baby weight. 27 weeks means you still have a lot of time to put weight on as the foetus grows

Hello Doctor, I am having pain in the lower right side of my stomach and I have done scan and several other tests, but nothing show up for it. D pain still persist more often affecting my pelvic bone. Please what can I do to get rid it? The doctors said it a suspected appendicitis but the scanning is not showing it.

A. I have been feeling a sensation like there is food stock along my throat by more like pressure on the throat like that of a boil on skin.

B. I use to feel heartburn symptoms like dryness along the throat down through the passage to the stomach. I do belch a lot some months back, still do occasionally after eating that brings small parts of the food to the mouth.

I was given Atacid for the dry throat and it has subsided, he said the antibiotics will further banish the dry throat sensations.

1. I visited a pharmacist and explained and he prescribed CIPROTAB. I have am on day 5 now and this morning started feeling slight pain along my diaphragm/ lower ribs. Is the pain a side effect of the drug? And should I be concerned? I have 2 days to complete the medication.

2. From day 3 of the use of CEPHROTAB, I had this nose blocking and opening like that of cold symptoms. Can I take Cold drugs alongside the antibiotics I am currently taking?

This is Anal fissure, which is a tear, usually in the posterior part of your anus.
When a doctor examines you by parting your buttocks, he should be able to see the tear in there.

The treatment will then depend on whether it's acute(recent) or chronic (longstanding).
Acute ones may heal with simple measures and dietary changes.

No, lack of sex doesn’t cause abnormal hormones. Abnormal hormones can however cause reduced libido.
There are numerous causes of hormonal imbalances depending on which ones you are referring to. Maybe you should post a picture of the hormone profile you mentioned with the reason for doing it
