i am not omniknowall my brother. i am opened to any guidance. as for her NPOWER experience, we can work on getting the reference letter from the school she was posted to.

I'm sorry if i am asking too much questions on this Thread. i just need to make the right decision and i believe information i gather here will assist in my decision making. Thanks all, I hope you all don't mind giving update i progress on this journey....

If she taught in a school please go there and get a reference letter. Please forget NPOWER, just present it as a regular teaching job. See, in choosing NOC, what matters is the actual job/duties performed by the candidate, working hours and whether it was a paid job.
Having said that, take out time and go through page one thoroughly, then simulate points under different scenarios and make your decision. So many good advice have already been proferred. All the best

Hello house,

Has anybody written IELTS in Lagos recently? My friend has been calling the MOD agents they are not reachable
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Nacho4: 7:21pm On Jul 02, 2020
Yes.

There are even ielts dates for 4th, 11th, 16th, 25th and 30th of this month for MOD, including 18th for British council.
Why are you calling the agents? Just go to their websites, pick an available date and book.

I wrote on the 13th of last month btw and hv already gotten my result.

Hi please did you get email confirming your remark outcome or you just checked online.

Hello All,

This is just to encourage anyone having doubts about his/her given score in IELTS writing.

I took the May 23rd exam and was given 6.5,I was surprised when I saw the result as I knew what I wrote, lo and behold! I asked for a remark and it came back with 7.5 today- a whole band difference.

I begin to wonder if our Nigerian examiners deliberately fail us or what?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by abiodunn: 9:32pm On Jul 02, 2020
I coincidentally checked online on the day it was released so I sent a mail to enquire if the hard copy was available.

They responded that I could pick it up after some days and they also attached the refund form. I followed up with a call to the center and alas the result was already there.

Unfortunately for now, the NIN offices are still close. Do you have your NIN number? My own issue was that I had the NIN number but I didnt have the slip so it was easy for me.

Hi people, the simulated score for me and my spouse is 467 but this could be improved upon to 469.

Do i have a chance considering the recent trend of high ITA scores.

You honest opinion please.

Hi everyone,

I called compunet to make some enquiry on BCS certificate in IT and I was told that the exam fee is 70k and the training would cost 100k so that’s a total of 170k. It’s quite much o so I’d like to know if it’s a good deal and if I need to join the training to pass the exam or just search for materials on my own cos I need a certificate in addition to my BSc to boost my score.
hi, did you find any relevant info on this? It’s a lot of money and it’s going to be taken in November. I need to know if it’s a waste of time or not.

you dont have to be in canada to get nomination. Either meet province application requirements or you get selected from the pool . A friend got pnp invite from ontario last month with crs 471 and noc accountants.

.

BCS proved very useful for me. I wrote in March and got my certificate in June. It also improved my CRS point. Since I am above the age threshold, I am still writting IELTS hoping to get the highest CLB.
My point is, try to write BCS exams. It is IT based but very easy to pass if you use a tutor since I did not have an IT background. I am a graduate of Library and Archival Studies.
If you need further advice, you can contact me or visit their website.
hi, please can I reach you? I would like to ask some questions about BCS

Hello everyone,

I am in the business banking team(Head Office). I am trying to pick out my NOC. I need your advice. My Job Role:

Provide active support in delivering effective & efficient business advisory support to MSME clients (existing and prospective) to foster growth and retention of market share for the Bank against pre-set targets.

1. Support the creation and maintenance of a central (information/ query handling) service point for SME customers
2. Provide seamless advisory services to customers to ensure ownership of Banking business
3. Collaborate with extant stakeholders to resolve all queries from existing and potential
customers effectively and promptly
4. Promote and sell a range of appropriate products and solutions that meet the financial
needs of small and medium business customers. This includes cross-selling additional
products & services to existing customers (during re-active telephone conversations)
5. Provide active support in identifying sales leads for associate company stakeholders e.g.
Vehicle and Asset Finance; Electronic Banking; Trade; Global Markets.
6. Monitor dormancy across accounts and drive reactivation of such accounts where
applicable
7. Montioring of awarded loans to avoid NPL.

I am trying to figure out if I fall under NOC 6235 or NOC 1114. Hope to get a response soon.
