leexey: Phyde: Lotus Captal and FBNQUEST were the Financial advisers. Your brokers only acted as middlemen between you and them. So it's in order to have it on Lotus letter heading. After sometimes when the coupon start arriving you will not remember the letter as it serves majorly to remind you of your investment. Meanwhile without the CSCS, trading it becomes a Herculean task but your coupons are sure. 1 Like |

NL1960: Abi na. When 91 day, 182 day and one year tenors of NTB will pay 1.78%, 1.91% and 3.39% respectively and your bank is obliged to pay you 3.75% (3.375% after WHT). Plus you can still withdraw up to 4x and enjoy the interest. It's a decent option. Access bank is being dodgy with it sha. |

@ahiboilandgas, emmanuelewunmi, my other investors Please, I have a warehouse near Coker/Odunade in Lagos which can take about six 20ft containers. My original plan was to be importing goods to be stored in the warehouse but I have found out that I cannot cope with the stress of importation. Now, I am looking for nonperishable goods that I can buy whole container from major importer at a huge discount or for products produced outside Lagos that I can buy in bulk, store in the warehouse and sell to retailers in small quantities. If by reason of your business or experience you know such a product or you have links to manufacturers outside Lagos State looking for distributor in Lagos please contact me on 0813 4103494 whatsapp/sms . I am willing to pay for profitable information. Thanks. |

BAMOFIN1: What is your background? What type of business have you done in the past? Why did you buy the property or how did you buy the property? What is the source of the fund used in buying the property? What is the current condition of the property? Is the property currently generating any cash flow? How long have you bought this property? Your answers to these questions will determine the type of counsel I can give you. 1 Like |

emmanuelewumi: Well said Like I always say We have a very short term view to life and everything And as blacks (Nigerians) We are mostly slaves to freshly things and Carnal pleasures The effort and hardwork it takes to build the business to the level the say Lebanese have built their business Many Nigerians are not ready to do that To plough back capital to further expand business They wont do that either What of infighting between family members due to our silly culture if short sightedness and zero sum mentality? All these things sabotage us as a society And we often accept that sabotage As long as we sha see some small gain here and there Black man does not believe in building legacy All he wants is to enjoy life and carry women 18 Likes 1 Share |

Once we make small money for this side, we go just join pepper Dem gang. What an I even saying, once people start getting 80k salary, they save their ass out to buy one small Camry to oppress those around their level and if na guy to womanize while for women to look flashy. It is the same all over the world, just that the percentage is higher for blacks weda they grow for UK, US, Namibia or Nigeria. The Asian tigers seem to have outgrown this primitive mentality. Many successful businesses have no successor plan or the planned successor turn out to be useless. Diamond bank is a case of study DexterousOne: 6 Likes |
