Remind them of wat their mates have achieved,which they've not....or better still,tell them to go and die,since some of their mates are dead.

Under 25, assure them that as soon as you have finished some stuff, school, work, project etc, you will definitely do it

Under 30, at least have someone you flirt with. You don't need to fake an introduction, they will assume and you will have peace of mind for a while

Under 35, I will join mouth to talk

After 35, go get a child

there is no one easy way.
it is like what is the easy way to cope with the pressure to write and sit to pass an ICAN exam

some write there ICAN exams once fiam! others twice a lot more others with prayers,fasting and serious work. some who test ICAN with cheating styles have their lives turn to shreds when it blows open!

same way with building a legal home through marriage.some just have it easy (handsome dude,great job,great house and great wedding).some don't have it that easy.
but one thing is certain those who went about it in the wrong way are the one catapulting out of it by fire and by force and developing all kinds of relationship theories that don't add up.

This can lead to emotional trauma...even you too would pressurise yourself.
The best you can do is to flirt with someone...don't be a loner!
I know of several women above 30 and know how desperate they're. Men run away from such women.
