Above all!! There were several domains we have sold here that are of equal quality, but been that we needs quick cash; we sold them to other domainers at very cheap price and they sold it at big price at the time when the end user demands for them

Domaining requires patience and focus; If you don't demand for big price no buyer can pay such cash.
But then you must make sure the domains worth the price.

Yea... Copy the code n go to your domain registra and go to DNS , look for add new DNS
Chose TXT , input the host with @ and post the code on the third field and save it.

Boss no vess i hear people saying do ur research well before registering a geo domain...i only check endusers before i register and pls which other research apart from three worded short etc pls i need help

767 cities watch for errors as i just copied the cities from a site they also included towns and county.
The bulksearch takes forever to search...Or is it just me not doing it right...Whenever i paste at the bulk search it searches for long without any response or result no matter what i search

Once i like the keywords, the only thing i check is endusers and city population (if I'm not familiar with the city).
But if i wishlist a domain from pending delete, then i can have time to check wat it's used for b4 and when first Registered @ archive/org. But i don't do that often.

Others can add what metrics they check.

The number of expert reviews doesn't determine a domain's approval. The system is designed like a poll whereby the reviewers choose to approve your name or not, regardless of their numbers.

In addition, you may have up to 20 expert reviews and only 3 will give your domain a premium listing approval – which in this case, means rejection (or basic plus approval).

So, just watch on. Yours may not get up to 20 expert reviews before a decision is made. You can also try to read more on this topic on SH blog.
