please kindly needs assistance, on the 2/7/2020 i purchase a token from ikeja electricity distribution company electronically, towards evening i got home to recharge unfortunately i was only given 9.2kw, i was amaze that how come, that i had to quickly go out there to look for a store to purchase 1000 naira token and recharge and it gave me around 43kwh. this was a new prepaid meter on a newly built house so there has not been any unpaid bill rather i receive loss of revenue bill of 10,000 that i made payment to one zenith account. please nairalanders anything new on this prepaid meter that i dnt know below is the image of the payment

There was an outstanding amount payable on the meter that was deducted. Not sure anything can be done.

i received a bill that am owing for revenue loss which was issued to me and i did make payment

its a newly built house i just parked in and there was no one living there neither was any bill in short the bill i receive was boldly written revenue loss and i ve made the payment

Please at what time of the day is best to recharge the prepaid, cos mine (IKEDC token) has been showing failed for more than 15 hours now.

I have been trying to no avail.
Pls dont give me tips of plug it directly to outlet, and bla bla blah. I have done all that. And my. Box. Is. Okay, I mean very okay. It's not faulty.
