My brother please be careful ooo...

A study by **S V Rana, R Pal, K Singh, and K Vaiphei** that was published in National Library of Medicine Journal suggests that GARLIC WITH HIGH DOSE HAS THE POTENTIAL ABILITY TO INDUCE LIVER DAMAGE AND LOW DOSES (0.1 or 0.25 g / kg body weight/day) ARE SAFE DOSES OF GARLIC.

By God's Grace, I run 4Km 4 times a week (I using running Adidas to monitor my distance n pace), I have seen d effect on my blood pressure too.

Exercise, especially jogging can lower your BP by 10 mmhg and if you also go into fruit therapy, it can work wonders. Exercise also reduces your heart rate, which means dat your heart pumps blood with ease.

If u want to chew garlic, do it but not excessively (like once every morning; combine it with lemon water and ginger. The lemon also helps to fight cancerous cells too).

Pls, don't go into BP drugs, it's a for life medication n also very powerful... At least let it be from a doctor's prescription.

doesnt mean you shouldn’t keep trying! I was told about a guy that got it on his 6th trial... never shortlisted until the 6th time...got it then
It also can be times and seasons. The time might not be right on your first application as God might want you to have some form of maturity and patience before you get in!

Regular exercises and healthy life style remains the best approach to battle Hbp.
Infact having garlic, ginger and other vegetables including fruits as part of our daily meal is preferable as it has long lasting effects not just on lowering Blood pressure alone but for our immune system and general well-being.
That being said, taking Hbp suppressant should be the very last resort for a desperate situation, some people my not be privy to some of this info on managing Hbp naturally on-time and their only chance of scaling through that moment which tension alone will naturally increase the Bp will be to take Suppressant which will be just for that particular moment( maximum a day) after which they'll discontinue use. Not that they'll continue taking it afterwards or start taking the drugs from now which of course will be dangerous in the long run. Person gast apply sense even without being told.

My own advice is don't take anything that will cause damage to your system in the long run, don't say because u want to join the force u start taking things u never taken in your life. Health is wealth, no go do pass yourself. Most of all this have side effect, if u not in the medical field, don't take anything base on the fact some people have taken it and u want to try it. Major thing is pray and work. God no go shame us and he will see us all through

The thing is most of us that they issued bp wahala didn’t really have it! I wasn’t reviewed and I didn’t have it! When I checked after I left academy it was completely normal.. I still checked this morning and it’s very Normal! Doe there was a guy I know that was checked like 6 times and it kept getting higher at every time lol!
Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Dannyhonda(m): 1:48pm On Jul 05, 2020
Exactly, not like u been taking it before now. We need to be careful what enters our system, early retirement is real. Taking all this because of the screening and eventually when accepted u will stop, mind u some people have the tendency to have high blood pressure. We need to know what we doing, joining the force is not a do or die affair i repeat it is not, na only person way dey alive fit get things to do. Dont damage your system on a long run, i repeat. A word is enough for the wise

those people who take hbp suppressants don't know it takes up to a month to start taking. It is ignorance that will make one who will be screened tomorrow of bp to start taking it now, it won't just work, you have to have been taking it for long for the effects to start showing and taking that king of drug for the first time can have a tremendous side effect which can be counter productive to what you want to achieve like it can make your heart cardiogram to have irregular pattern which will affect your other tests.

Going through the comments, it's best one forgets about the Suppressants or any other form of pills, that it worked for some people doesn't mean it would work for you. Eat right, exercise regularly no matter how little start now to avoid fire brigade approach. Those that also have a swollen navel aka Umbilical hernia should consider operating it now so as to have much time for healing just incase NA decides to open portal.
Drug users, Hepatitis carriers, overweight,(Another mass evictor after Hbp), rotened teeth aka ezé uré missing tooth/teeth, and other forms of dental issues, should consider treatment asap, honorable mention is Pile.
That being said DSSC POP is confirmed to hold on the 25th of this month.
Have a wonderful week

one of the determining factors of a good ECG is the heart beat per minute that’s why they always tell us to calm down and relax well before they start the machine! So yes if you are over excited or tensioned, it’ll most definitely mess with tour heart rate and the result would likely be bad or irregular ECG
When I screened for course 45, the man that did it made a mistake and put the left plug on my right chest and the result came out bad! He noticed his mistake and said “let me help you do it again, I was the one that made this mistake” and corrected it and I passed! So it can also be human error
