Ngwa men restrict their attitude to Abia state. From close encounter, Abiriba men are even more venomous than Ngwa men. Ngwa people are just unnecessarily loud and they have number.

Imo men are closely behind Anambra men in supremacist mindset. Mbaise, Mbano, Orlu, Obowo...another dangerous set. However, they also do well to keep their madness inside.

Now to your brothers, never.

Anambra men are not supremacist but our culture is very powerful and dominating. Anambra men also are highly successful and confident. Your hate for Anambra has a different source.

Op, oha soup is anambra delicacy. We don’t use a achi or any other thicker to prepare it. It must be cocoyam, no alternative. Also ogili isi is also a must. Cooking oha or bitter leaf soup without ogili in Anambra is like not putting salt in ur food. Ogili is the main deal in the soup.

That rubbish is better than this thread, she can't cook and the soup looks disgusting to me.

I've seen far more better cooks on here and they hardly make front page.
She can't cook? grin

Seems you are having a personal beef with her? shocked

Have you eaten her Soup before?

How did you arrive at the notion that she can't cook?

THAT soup looks as good as any other OHA soup..

Have you ever seen an OHA soup before? grin

So regaling us about the toilet habits of one stup!d Yeyebrity or the other on Frontpage is better than an educational topic on cookery?

You obviously have an issue with her..

When you hate SOMEONE..

Whatever they do is nonsense to your eyes.. grin

Why does the leaf have to be hard?

When cooking oha soup, you don't use the very mature leaves which are deep green in colour. You use the very tender oha leaves which are pale green in colour instead.

From the market, is always inside a white container with pink cover grin

Been long I used the wrapped one, after removing like 5 leaves, you'll now see one shikini something inside and sometimes mixed with egusi
Daalu, nwanne mmadu.
Will look out for it.

Thank you nnam.

They create threads on “why you shouldn’t date broke girls/non virgins”, it gets to FP. Once Poco creates her own, it has to be because I am fcking a mod.

Don't get discouraged. You're doing very well representing the food section, which was almost nonexistent.
I know it's not easy. You're doing what most people get paid for for free.
Let your focus be on the people who appreciate and learn from it.

So many misinformation here.

Abacha is not owned by Enugu people. Other Igbos have been preparing Abacha their own way since Cassava was introduced into Igboland. Enugu method of preparing Abacha is just more popular in Igboland.

Oha is not Anambra soup, it's an Igbo soup and again every part of Igboland have their own distinct method of preparing it.

Why exactly are these realities hard for peeps to deal with?

There are dishes typical to parts of Igboland and we know them .
For example, Ofe Achara and Egwusi akpuru akpu is a typical Abia state/Umuahia soup.

Ukazi soup seem to be Abia /Imo state soup

Ofe Awa is Nkanu/Enugu soup

Ofe Nsala is Anambra/Enuani soup

Let’s not argue age, older or not,

You’ve been a menace here for long.

It’s time to call it quit, and go back to the drawing board and look at your life again.

Little wonder you left romance section to food... You think you’d find an unsuspecting man there?

They all know your history of being someone vile and uncultured!

You create these threads as a means to an end, but folks can see right through it!

And nice picture editing of the food, looks like a dog meal!

My mum prefers achi for her oha or bitter leave.

These days, people especially those in diaspora use oat.
U guys should learn flexibility.

We cook Nigerian fried rice and will swear on top of it yet fried rice didn't originate from Nigeria.
