When is it starting

Schools have been asked to resume in Lagos on August 3rd for a six-week preparation. By this, it is expected to commence sometime in mid September or later.
Since WAEC is headquartered there, they're likely to use Lagos State timetable.
But WAEC insists that Examinations will not commence until all concerned schools in every state in Nigeria have been given the greenlight to resume.
I am not sure if this also applies to all member countries or just Nigeria.

For external students (which I believe are private candidates), you mean GCE.
