I sincerely hope it doesn't else anyone can collect your ₦15,000 and get you crappy Hosting with domain name that might become a liability to the owner on expiry.

Except you discuss with a developer your wants and needs, all you can get are loose estimates.

Web design isn't some off-the-shelf product with fixed price.

Even 2 similar websites can cost differently should one of them accept payment while the other don't.

Bottom-line is - Pick a developer or a web designer, discuss with Him / Her of your (Unique) feature sets and it's then You get a fee.

On the minimum level, a basic website with Blog should cost anywhere from ₦30,000 and above depending on the developer, skill set, features required, etc.


NB:

1. An average good Hosting + Domain name should swallow almost (if not all) your entire ₦15,000
2. Things always have been Hard BUT are currently Harder hence Probability of People telling you anything just to lay hands on your Money is More than it used to be. Be careful so you don't end up Penny-wise, Pounds foolish.

Funny enough, most people who call themselves developers in here would neither Pay for a Plugin nor a Theme - they prefer downloading them for Free and causing issues for the client later on.

About page Builders and the likes, Any person who collects money and builds a website with Page Builder should make sure they charged almost nothing for workmanship BUT sometimes, it's often them who charges more with their Fancy Offices and Appearances.

Please Focus on what You need and drop the word professional or Standard because just like Nigerian Certificates, it's been so much Bastardized it's been reduced to a mere word.

It's same with fancy words such as Developer, Designer, Full Stack, Foreign Breed, GSD, etc
