Had City beaten Chelsea, Liverpool would’ve won the league at the Etihad.

Matić: "We didn’t give up [when we conceded against Bournemouth], we continued to play our football and before half-time we scored three goals, so that shows a lot about the team right now. Before we had some problems turning the situation when we conceded goals."

Matić: "We’re scoring goals, of course, and that’s nice, but it’s always important to keep the ball up front. It’s easier for us then at the back to defend and control the game when we lose the ball."

What brought United to its knees was them losing their fear factor, and that is being regained now.

Before, teams were already defeated (mentally) even before kickoff, but Moyes and Co gave them back their belief.. made them believe that they can actually beat Manchester United (even at Old Trafford).

Same almost happened last match after the defensive blunder, Bournemouth began to play with more confidence till Greenwood put them back in their place.

I love the PR the media is giving United now, about their new-found ability to break teams that park bus, it’ll be mentally challenging for any team that faces United at the moment.

All it takes is one goal, and they’ll collapse mentally.

If they play Liverpool again this season and beat them they still won’t be crowned champions. That’s why it’s called a league.

Summary: Our fear factor is back. The upcoming matches will throw more light on that.
