But you forgot nigeria does PR on almost all their TV Stations,
Any nigerian TV Station I have watched, you will see them showing ongoing projects, there are TV programs purposely meant for showing progress being made in every nigerian-State in terms of developments, and there are patriotic adverts shown everyday,
but that's not the case here in Ghana, yet your refugee brother POKUASE wants to make it look like Ghana is doing something extra ordinary in PR.
