you're minding that goat.. their govt during campaign say they're going to build one factory in every district in Ghana within the first 4 years.. fast forward to March 2020, they are canvassing for another 4 years to complete the one district one factory.. these same people came out not long ago to say they've complete all the factory under the one district one factory program..
