The GES pay grid (SSPH6), Prin Suprin is the level of a new entrant teacher with diploma certificate from a teachers training college.

As you could see on his Payslip, he is a teacher of a primary school and the school name is there.


Maybe in Kenya a principal superintendent is in charge of district education but here, it is not the same.

In Ghana, we have District educational officers who are in charge of all the schools in their district and have all the responsibilities that you listed.
