Imagine Dividing Oyo state into 5 States

Imagine dividing Kano / Kaduna into 5 different states each

They would be like Dubai in no time.

Yet SE that suppose to be one state is divided into 5 States, yet they ain't developed.

Who's holding them back? Everything have to follow a due process. But if they think they can threaten, badmouth or verbally attack anybody to give them anything, they are in for a very long ride.
