The South East would classify anybody from any part of the country who fails to support an Igbo President in 2023 as an enemy, the youth wing of Ohanaeze Ndigbo has warned.

National publicity secretary of the organisation, Osmond Nkeoma, told Daily Sun in Owerri, yesterday, while reacting to a recent comment by former Benue Governor, Gabriel Suswam, that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) would zone the presidential ticket to the north in the next election.

The battle line is how Ibo build bridges. grin grin

They dont know any other way.

In Yorubaland when men in misunderstanding approach for reconciliation they bring kola and goodies to exchange as a sign of truce and new understanding. They do not leave until the gifts have exchanged hands. Very civilized approach at dispute and conflict resolution.

In Iboland, men take their machette with them in anticipation that the reconciliation will break down, so they come prepared to strike their opponent should he try to play smart. This is how Ibo build bridge. Their own way of conflict resolution.

When they call Yoruba coward, they mean it, with all seriousness!

And the obsession continues. The same Igbo obsession that nearly destroyed the north and Nigeria in the 1960s...is now driving the west. Just as the north complained that igbos were taking there jobs and land the yorubas are doing the same now. Hope it doesn't drive them mad las las

Can you Tell us about the Yoruba internal wars of 1800s.

Tell us how the British empire kept a ship at Atlantic Ocean incase of any insurrection in Lagos because of the yoruba wars.

Tell us about an Eko oba who was blown into pieces while sleeping by the gun powder he kept in his room to use to fight other yorubas

Tell us how Ibadan was formed as an IDP camp

Then tell us how the Aro people started the first confederacy in Nigeria together with the Ibibio/Efik and Ijaw.

Tell us how the Nri kingdom outlawed slavery within its territory as far back as 1700s

Tell us how Jaja moved to Opobo, colonised it and built a power city state with international trade, Christianity and modern infrastructure

Yorubas should learn from Igbos.

Ha! 2034 kè! That one sef too soon o.

Reason:
Politics is a game of numbers, NOT a family inheritance.
No matter how good/capable u r, its d 'numbers' that thumb u on d d-day dt gets u into d office u aspire for.
This is where collaboration, diplomacy and bridge building with other regions come in to play. Unfortunately, these are qualities that they seriously lack.

Is it d 'gworo-chewing' Abboki and the 'hydraulic soup-guzzling' Affonjas u daily antagonise AND insult with reckless abandon or the non-igbo speaking SS they arrogantly draft into their bia-woreva dt they hope to get those 'numbers' from?

In politics u MUST lobby to get what u want- which our 'friends' naively call 'asslicking'.
Can the 'mighty' igbos stoop to conquer?
Can they 'lick d asss' of those they so unabatedly and conspicuously show immense hatred for?

Your guess is as good as mine.

MetaNonsensical:

Since you have assumed the position of mouthpiece for the goofy youth wing of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, I suggest you tell them that it is either they are dumb or deaf or both to think the enemy of Ndigbo has to be made in 2023. The enemy of Ndigbo was cradled in 1967. Nothing defines Nigeria better than the Nigeria\Biafra war. It is act of idiocy to remotely insinuate that enemy of Ndigbo should come in 2023 presidential election of shithole called Nigeria. The so-called dumbass youth wing of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, which you represent, does not have a handle on structural stream of thought.
