Orders of 27/05/2020, 28/05/2020 shipped with Caino Super Global Economy received today.

While the one I ordered like 2weeks before this Using SGP 4PX is still nowhere to be found.

Aliexpress is crap. Placed three orders on the 18th of May.
The one which was shipped with Cainao's platform arrived destination country 9th of June on track24 while it's still on despatched to overseas on aliexpress's tracking platform. I haven't receive any call or message from the post office. The nearest post office to my address has been renovated to a civil defense training ground.
The other two has been on 'handover to airline' since 23rd of May. The expected delivery date for all three orders was 5th- 20th of June.
Any advice guys? I'm pained.

I would like to know what happens to a package left in the PO for months (abt 6 months). I ordered a package Dec last yr and forgot abt it due to their delayed shipping.. could it still be there waiting for me?

Pre-covid 6 months is enough time for your package to have been returned to sender or stolen from the PO. But logistics is abnormal now so no one can know. You’d have to go down to the PO to check.

Pls guys i ordered for a large quantity of items going 100days i no see.This for an urgent job.if i buy in alaba i might spend close to 600k but client now on my neck.im regretting using ali express.

Guys how can i hasten it if i want a refund is it 100%.i wana source money and buy in alaba.

If it's up to 90 days and tracking still shows you are yet to get it, open dispute. You'll very likely win the dispute and get refunded. Refund takes up to 3 to 20 business days. Best way to ship things that are needed in a hurry is to use DHL, UPS or FedEx

They use text and call. Sometimes they use one of them, or both. Always check your tracking number online, once you see "unsuccessful delivery" just know that your item is in your local post office.

Yanwen and cainiao seem faster, but just zero your mind to within 8weeks.

I opened dispute this morning and aliexpress said it is invalid that the item is already in my post office.

I can't tell cuz no one knows, and nothing anyone can do until the end of confirmation time.

This month is 0retty young, so, it's a possibility if it has been dispatched already but if it hasn't, the likelihood is low.

My people I have almost same issue.ordered 2 products since febuary. One of the tracking code is saying item in route to post office while the other is showing error.buyer protection period has long expired.my first order on AliExpress

No one knows,it could be this month or next, the only thing that is guaranteed is that you will be refunded if your item fails to land after 90days.
