arduino: Sir, the amount u where qualified for, was it a fraction of your savings at the time? If so, what was percentage in relation to ur savings at the time? No vex. |

ositadima1: I did not take it because i did not need it. The system that produces such a report is automated and it is normally consumer loans targeted at salary earners. The automated process runs based on certain parameters and it generates a list of those qualified and an sms or email is automatically sent to recipient or it automatically appears in your Mobile App or Internet Banking. You are free to ignore it or take it by just clicking a button. It is bot every account holder that it sends the information to. The idea is for you to be aware that you are qualified for such an amount. |

ositadima1:I don't know the parameters considered to generate the amount I was qualified for. And I don't think it was solely a fraction or percentage of my savings either. Bankers in the house can help us here. |

Manwarrior55: REIT own residential, industrial and Commercial properties etc Malls, multi storey car parks, event centers, luxury apartment buildings, office buildings, shopping complex , entertainment centres etc Real Estate Investment Trust. We have 3 publicly quoted REITs in Nigeria 1 UPDC REIT, has properties in choice areas worth over N23 billion and about N4 billion invested in bonds 2 Union Homes REIT has properties worth N10 billion and N1 billion in liquid assets 3 SFS REIT has properties worth N2.2 billion and N500 million in liquid.... Others REITs are private owned. You may not be able to fully own a property located in Ikoyi that earns rents in dollars, but when you have REIT you can derive the benefits of such investments. An investor got over N20 million from his Investments in UPDC REIT in 2019 8 Likes 1 Share |

Manwarrior55: Through your stock broker It depends on the company, the number of shares they have UPDC REIT is N4.00 per share paid 58k last year . If you have 1 million shares that means you will earn 580k as dividend . SFS REIT is N62.70k paid N7.00 last year. The beauty of it is that it is not all the money they pay out as dividend, parts are used in buying bonds and other liquid assets which they usually liquidate to buy more investment properties. Just last year, UPDC REIT sold about N3 billion worth of Treasury Bills to buy Kingsway Shopping Mall in Marina Lagos 18 Likes 2 Shares |
