My people I have almost same issue.ordered 2 products since febuary. One of the tracking code is saying item in route to post office while the other is showing error.buyer protection period has long expired.my first order on AliExpress


Can we see the one that is saying enroute to post office?

Alixpress tracking page will most likely say left country when it is at "hand over to airline". Track with cainiao global and post the result.

No you should not be worried, your item is still in transit. Open dispute after 27 days if it does not arrive.

Hello, looking at your screenshot, it won’t show unsuccessful delivery as it’s a free shipping (Caniao/Yanwen)

Well i know of someone who used yanwen and the item is yet to arrive after 5 weeks. So nothing is guaranteed.

It will get delivered within 90days of shipment or you will be refunded if it doesn't.

I dey on February table and thanks for your concern o. What I know is, if my order isn't in 9ja on the 91st day, I'll file a dispute.

Just noticed something now. I helped a friend order an item as well. I changed the address and phone number to is own but mistakenly used my area zip code which is different from his own. Hope he won't have issues during delivery??

To me Caniao or Yanwen is free shipping even though you pay a fee�..

Don’t expect the unsuccessful delivery..

Expect: Arrived at destination country (Full Stop)

When he is called by the PO he should check the one closest to him
you should check yours too, in case it was shipped to you.. i think he will have to come over to you cus they might request his ID. like they do here in ABK

But it's most likely they will follow address and not zip code
