I wasn't there when it happened, and don't know the details of how it really happened, but Tacha can't deny that at least an incident happened between Kim and her after that episode.

Esther has her faults but if there's one thing I've always known about her is that she sticks to facts no matter whose ox is gored. It's the reason I sided with her during her altercations with Omatshola and Mike. Plus she said all the HMs were aware of the incident.
