He lost it only for the last two games b'cos of their previous loss to Brentford which was the last time Ajayi started before the Derby game yesterday.
But I hope with the clean sheet they got, with Ajayi playing a fine role at the back alongside Bartley, that he keeps his place ahead of Hegazi

Okay understood

Hegazi don chop bench this season wella sha

I hope he keeps his place too

The way Fergie treated Tevez was so annoying and disappointing. The fans wanted Tevez but Ferguson refused. After the mismanagement of a lot of things, Tevez broke the camel's back and I jumped ship in faith that Manchester City will grow into something great.
You picked City cos they have just been bought by an oil rich country.
I Know many who jumped ship too after their change of ownership.

Yes, for the better part of 2019/2020, Ajayi has indeed benched Hegazi. Kyle Bartley looks like the sure man/constant in West Brom's defence.

Yesterday (Wednesday), Nwakali's Huesca won again. They consolidated their place in Second place on the table with a 2-1 win over Alcorcon in the Spanish Segunda.
Again, Kelechi Nwakali didn't make it off the bench but it can be easily explained as the coach wanting to utilise his most in-form and most fit players on field as they close in on the automatic promotion slot available to the Top 2 of Segunda.
Nwakali just returned and the coach did well giving him a couple of mins to see his fitness and get some little game time under the lad's belt but with three games to go to secure La Liga promotion, risks has to be minimised and the most physically fit players used to achieve their goals. And so far, it's working just well for Huesca.

Below is a pic of their celebration in the dressing room after the vital win.
And Kelechi Nwakali is no longer the only Nigerian in the Squad. There was another Nigerian on the bench who didn't get to play anyway. 19 yrs old Kevin Carlos Benjamin Omoruyi. Spanish-born Nigerian. Born in Aragon, Huesca, Spain to Nigerian parents who hail from Edo State. See both Omoruyi and Nwakali in the pic below. The lad is a striker/forward and has great admiration for Daniel Amokachi and CR7.

In Latvia, the lad Tolu Arokodare scored again. He just won't stop. Four goals scored now in four consecutive games. One goal per game.

His side Valmierra won 1-0 away at FK Liepaja that has about two Nigerians in their squad.

Later today, we will likely see Dele Alampasu in action again for FK Ventspils.

This is no longer funny, you are being overly stupid lately.

This same Tolu I watched being bullied in Guateng invitational tourney few years ago, looks 40 to you? I still remember vividly the words of the SA commentator in our last match against Atletico U18s when he gassed out and was about to be subbed off, the commentator was like - "and the lanky kid gets saved by the coach as he was already gasping for breath and could only foul his opponents to keep up with their pace..."

He and other good nigerian players need to move to a better league. It is a good place to start though (At least they are given playing time) but by next year they should try and mive to holland belgium france or somewhere respectable. Spending too much time in a league like this makes them less credible. If they continue to do well i beleuve they will go somewhere better. Terem moffi started in Finland

It is a good springboard, I think Terem made it to Belgium through same route or worse. The way Tolu is going, he probably would be joining a better league/club in January

There was no guarantee because Manchester United and Chelsea were still on fire. I could have still stayed with Manchester United or joined Chelsea. Arsenal were still formidable and popular. Liverpool had done wonders with Gérard Houlier and Benitez.

I chose City because I believed in the dream and vision.

Naples, July 9: Napoli head coach Gennaro Gattuso admitted Arkadiusz Milik "wants a change of scenery" as the star forward eyes an exit.

Milik's current deal expires at the end of 2020-21 and the Poland international is no closer to signing an extension amid links to Serie A champions Juventus, LaLiga outfit Atletico Madrid and Premier League side Tottenham among others.

As speculation mounts over Milik – who has scored 37 league goals since arriving from Ajax in 2016 – Gattuso was asked about the 26-year-old following Wednesday's 2-1 win over Genoa.

"It's difficult to find someone better than Milik," Gattuso told Sky Sport Italia post-game.

"However, when a player believes his time at a club is over and he wants a change of scenery, you have to listen to him.

"You can't try to keep someone against their will, or it's difficult to get them to listen or have the right mentality. You have to respect the wishes of the player."

While Milik is nearing a departure, Napoli are reportedly trying to sign Lille star Victor Osimhen as his replacement.

Osimhen has been touted to join Napoli, with reports suggesting he has met with president Aurelio De Laurentiis and Gattuso.

The 21-year-old has flourished in Lille after arriving from Belgium's Sporting Charleroi at the start of the season, scoring 18 goals across all competitions.

On Osimhen, who has also been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Arsenal, Gattuso said: "He's different, but I don't want to talk about that. If and when Osimhen joins, then I'll explain the changes."
