same old lines of asking cultist to denounce. once a cult member always a cult member. dont deceive yourself or people reading this. denouncing a secret cult in naija is the worst thing anyone can ever do. i wrote it before and i will quote it again here. lets say u a a member of svc or aye and all other cults know u are a member of that particular cult, dont you know that even after you denounce it, the other rival cult will never know u denounced it and if there is a hit, they will come for you? do u guys even think before you type? so if you are a vikings and u denounce and vikings and ban have an issue and they come for you, you will tell them that, hey please i denounced vikings years ago oooo. please dont kill me i am no more a member. does that even make sense? you are better off remaining a cultist than denouncing because once you do you loose security consciousness and u are likely to be killed anytime. i always tell people that there are some mistakes that can never be corrected. JOINING A CULT AND PARTAKING IN HITS AND KILLINGS IS A MISTAKE THAT CAN NEVER BE CORRECTED. people think they can denounce it, run to a country abroad etc. they forget that presently these bastards have taken their shittt abroad. here in europe, it is so open that you wonder if these people actually know what they came here to do

There is no mistake that can’t be corrected. Once you’re out of the confinement of school environment, repent genuinely, change you’re circle and avoid all old habits, friendships & acquaintances then there’s hope of coming through.

I know a number of ex cultist who have mended their ways and made peace with God. They publicly speak to teens and youths on their past experiences with emphasis on the negative effects it had on their lives and those of people they know closely.

It’s not until they take the risk of renouncing publicly in the same area they committed all such attrocities. There are many ways to skin a cat.

Thank you... The essence is ensuring others don't make the same mistakes one did...

That is a positive way of imparting into the next generation in their own little ways.

I had a very disturbing dream 2 days ago about me been shot with pumpy, but I dodge the pellet and ran away. My fiancee had almost the same dream too the same time as me. What does it mean, please? I've committed it to God in prayer.

It's still a good dream. You escaped, so no worries.

But you can still pray about it like this:

Father Lord, don't allow anybody to attack me.

With that simple prayer, God will not allow anyone attack you, not to talk of narrow escape. Pray in faith, not fear.

Even though you're not very right with your analogy, but let's assume you're correct. What then would your advice be to anyone who has already toed the wrong path of becoming a cultist,
1. Continue to kill and commit evil until he gets killed; or
2. Leave the game, stop evils, advice the younger generation on the evils thereto, and continue to live a good life out of trouble and he 'might' never be killed or he 'might' be killed after making a good impact in the society?.

Which of these two (2) do you go with as someone who claims others here don't think before they type. Let's see the conclusion to draw after making your critical thinking.

We have a lot of people who have renounced, albeit not publicly, and are now in the pathway of light and darkness (both their ex members and rival) doesn't even think of coming close to them, they're treated with maximum respect, and I'm not talking about just the ones that are in military or paramilitary institutions.

Please dont be an instrument of the devil to make people think they can't leave the game cos that's a lie.
Or is this a case of one who is drowning and is looking for who to hold so they can drown together?

Please be guided.
And an apology would suffice if you find out you've were wrong all along.

Blessings

Thank you so much and also to all those who have tried to keep this thread alive. enthronedbygod1 dfrost freshkpomo and so many too numerous to mention. I must commend you all and we should always remember that this thread must continue on its part of righteousness .

You must also not fail to defend the good course as your comments are so important in making youths stay away from cultism. You should that no matter how good a course is , some few ones will still hit the dislike button. I will continue my story and how i lost my boy who become a member of the movement for just 5 days before getting killed. How i lost 3 men who drowned during jolly . How they drowned when we Police invaded the initiation and we all ran for safety and the three major exit where blocked and the only exit was the river leading to Gordons beach , Macarthy. How we left the 3 men there and we reminded them in our actions that KOROFO FOR ALL, ALL MAN FOR HIMSELF. They drowned when the police where getting close to them.

The foundation of this thread is so powerful and we should not be shaken by comments trying so hard to derail this thread. I will be back tomorrow to continue my story.

jmaine:

OK.. With the rate you are going... You will equate mastubation and gang violence as the same thing, since we are technically killing off babies..

This thread is existing because people are willing to tell their stories from a personal and third man perspectives..

Most regretted doing the terrible things they did and are trying to atone by telling the next generation the dangers and ills that come with the terrain. So some of you mouthing off that we are glorifying killers are obviously lost.

A known atheist rat on this thread even had to label us fools cos we are encouraging people to tell their tale. Surprisingly, the people holding this school of thought are those who aren't happy over the bold step the OP and others are doing in denouncing, and demystifying the useless and fruitless groups of violent gangs.

We have prominent members of the society who denounced these groups and were open about it. The society embraced them cos they became anti cult activists to the next generation who cared to listen..

There is a pastor today who told us a story about his grace towards repentance . He was a notorious gang hit man, he knew he was a high target so he had guns planted in various portions of his house to counter surprise hits. His entire self con apartment was like a mini armory for any emergencies. His juju was also very tight and always renewed. Lo and behold, just like it happens always with the ways of the devil, he was mapped, and his opponents successfully broke into his house and he was surrounded. Within him he knew it was time and gave up the struggle. They started taunting him that his time was up and they are there to give him a terrible end. Man simply dropped his gun and confidently told them, he knew his time has come, that whatever happened to him was for the glory of his game, and he does not regret it one bit. He humbly instructed they should go ahead and do what they have to do. That he is ready to pay the ultimate price. Perhaps, the guys were expecting a huge resistance cos they knew he has been a hard nut to crack for years. But his total submission even with a pistol took them aback, instead of giving him a brutal end. They warned him that this should be the last time they will visit him if he doesn't change. Shockingly he was left alone. That was grace over his life, and from that point he knew God had a special plan for him. As soon as they left, he went straight to a church close to his house that midnite and cried for repentance.

When such notorious people tell you about the ills of cultism, you will be forced to listen to him cos he has seen, and played it all at the highest level.

No one should come here trying to praise or whitewash their depraved packs of blood baying demons, or try to justify their membership over some warped ideology handed down to them like the zombies they are. There is nothing different from your likes and the brainwashed BH dolts who feel they on the right part blowing innocent souls to smithereens over some silly ideologies.

This thread is here to stay... The end game is to drum the fact that cultism does not pay... It increases the risk of dying over the most flimsy of excuses, all for scores to be counted. Nigeria as a society is laced with thousands of easy death traps already. Imagine increasing the odds by having a perpetual target on your back.

A word is enough for the wise.........

no i am not wrong. i am being realistic, i will never advice cultist to do any of the 2 things your wrote up there. like i said once a member always a member. the best advice for any cultist is to just change from the bad ways, asking him to leave is like you asking someone to commit suicide. for his safty, he has to still be a member but look for a way to stay inactive. there is nothing like denouncing cult in nigeria. asking these guys to denounce it is so misleading. we are all entitled to our opinion , this is my opinion

guy , do you guys read after typing? so you are telling me that if i am an axe man and a vikings kills my bro who is an axe man and he repents i will, leave him because he claims to have repented? dude, some mistakes can never be corrected. once you belong and kill, u must surely be killed , it dosnt matter if you repented and become head of CAN/
atimes i even feel these cultist hit men loose their sense when they finally belong. cos if i am a hitman, i will target the so-called repentant cultist first because na them go spoil ever thing for the cult. lets reason rationally and be realistic. once you denounce, you become enemy of your cult and the rivals. its just common sense

There was this guy that disturbed a hell out of me to come and claim my "Bag" that's the word he used then, I was amazed a fellow guy coming to toast a guy like himself that was my first experience, he was in University of Agriculture Makurdi and I had just written JAMB and was awaiting results.
We met at a Party at Bandico Hotels and then in as much I as I didn't belong to any Cult group I loved partying, Booze, babes and on top that I could dance very well so also been a fine guy just finished everything, so this very guy saw me at the party dancing with this particular girl that was the cynosure of all eyes, who had turned down every advances of some of the guys there to dance with her, so when he saw me Dancing with this particular lady again and again it infuriated him, he wanted to know who I was and all that.
So he must have gone behind to find out about me and all that and when he knew I didn't belong to any Cult group that was were my own problem in the Area Started.
There is this particular junction to my house, then my Dad was sick and admitted in one Hospital at High Level, if am coming back from the Hospital and I drop there to now walk home, this guy will be already there waiting for me our first conversation was like this.
Guy: how you dey na
Me: fine
Guy: you na fine boy ooo
Me: I thank God
Guy: where you dey school
Me: I just write JAMB
Guy: which University you choose
Me:Benue State University
Guy: I get some guys for BSU wey I for want make you meet so that Dem go help you get Admission sharp sharp.
Me: Okay, na when you and Dem go come.
Guy: no worry, I go call you anytime them come, toh make I walk you na.
On our way the guy will now be telling me stories about Rugged Sons of Odin who have done so much and are doing well in life according to him bla bla, he will be telling me how I will get any woman I want to get on Campus and how my GP will be flying.
One day he told me that if I bag up my academics will be on another level, that if Baggars discover that am not doing well they will deal with me and all that.
What saved me was the day one of my elder brother' friend who was schooling in UniJos then a Buccaneer saw me and him talking very deep he immediately called my elder brother' attention to it and when they called me and inquired I told them what the guy has been discussing with me and all that, that was how my elder brother called him and warned him never to come near me again.
That was what saved my from joining the SVC....today maybe my story would have been that of regret and torment.
#SaynotoCultism.
I'm sorry to say this but there is no level in cultism.

I have seen guys denounce their Membership of Secret cult and nothing happened, nobody ever came after them they lived their lives peaceful.

While in other instances they get killed, there is this case of a guy that denounced his Membership of a cult group in Benue University... .....the guy was killed right inside his family house, I think that was the last public denouncing that was held in Benue State University.

i get your point now. i was thinking you where generally advicing guys to report them to authorities.
btw, nothing is been done to them when u report them here. they tell u they are your brothers that you should go and settle at home. since these guys dont really disturb locals, the authority dosnt take them serious.

Interesting, that is very irresponsible... No criminal gang should be tolerated in a functional society whether they are a threat to the local community or not.

There is this case of a young guy I knew then while growing up in Makurdi, young guy just got admission to Benue State University and started misbehaving next thing we heard dube has joined Cult.....

One day we woke with the News that dude was killed by some cultists inside his family house, right in the presence of his family members, his dad, mum and siblings were summoned in the parlour where did was asked to confess to his parents that he belonged to a cult group and a brief of some of the things he did.

His right hand was cut and given to his father and they advised him to warn any of his sons not to carry their own hand and look for trouble, he was killed and left in the presence of his family members.......I can just imagine what the family went through watching them kill your child right in your presence and you didn't have anything to do.

This incidence happened at Katsina Ala street around the year 2002 or so.

That period 2002 to 2004 Makurdi was very hot.

The case of the young man who was killed behind former Titus West Super Market in Makurdi, the young man was dragged out of his room and killed in his compound, his father was there watching and could not do anything, just imagine his young wife and child crying and pleading for his life.

The worst part is that it was raining heavily that night so the shouts of the young man could not attract his neighbours, this guy was butchered like a ram and his left in the rain.
So who is glorifying Cultism here and making it look like the end product of Cultism is not death.

This young guys were very promising young men cut in the prime of their life because of Cultism.......

God147 or whatever you call yourself please don't let me swear for your out of this anger that is welling up in my heart right now.

Remembering some of this incidences now is just making me to hate all cultists even the more.

One useless guy will come here and be insulting our sensibilities that his darling Black is a freedom fighter...... fighting for the equality of all in Africa, with all these senseless killings.

Make God punish you there.

No sir. Once a member is not always a member.

People have quit cultism in different ways. Not everybody has to go public to exit cultism. And you don't always have to go to the frat guys that you are quitting. It requires wisdom.

Those who want to quit cultism can:
1. Quietly leave tht school and the environment/town.
2. Start life afresh.
3. Leave a simple life be avoid known cultists.
4. Avoid lifestyle tht attracts cultists, e.g, clubbing, drinking, boozing, fighting, etc.

And most importantly,
5. become serious with God. He is your trusted defense.

These may not be so easy to do, but is us better than living a wasted life or being killed for cult connection.

These may not be so easy to do, but is us better than living a wasted life or being killed for cult connection.
please lets just kill the argument because i can never accept all you guys are saying and u will never accept mine, i still stand by what i said, once you have joined any cult and partook in a hit then say u are no more a cultist, you must be killed. the time it will take them to kill u is what we cant ascertain.

always taught every single person here is a saint, until someone compared cultism to yahoo, everybody became uncomfortable, looking for one excuses or the other, now someone is saying people that abort babies are no different from cultists and everyone is uncomfortable again. nobody is perfect and nobody is better.
what a shame!!! y'all really know how to cast stones, most of you here are Christians and you manage to throw away the verse no sin is greater than another into the dustbin. even judging alone is equal to what you claim is bad.
when a man of god does something, people are all quick to say "thou shall not judge" but when its not a man of god, you all judge to the extreme and condemn people that are probably better than you.
no surprise when most of people you condemn go heaven and you don't, that time na WHY we go dey hear.

if majority of cultist regret their decision, there'll be nothing like cultism again, ask yourselves why do most of them like and are even proud of it, its something who no go can never understand.
the only single point I tried to make on this thread was that a cultist is a normal person like you, only the mindset is different, you are not better, Though they think they are better than you but I personally don't think so.
uhuru will be achieved with or without.

oya oo, set awon stone casters, the stage is yours, knock yourselves out.

Best suited to the trash bin, even the bible you desperately tried to use to justify your doom had a particular sin that was unforgivable. Matthew 12:30-32.....

What next are you going to do, compare hacking a human to death with stealing cubes of sugar from your parent's fridge or simply lying to a stranger you don't have money.

Even the bible recognizes that we should always obey the laws of the land (Romans 13:1-2), what do our laws state on taking another man's life ?

I won't be shocked if you are one wayward kid like the guy that was exposed not too long ago.

I have seen friends lives go to waste simply because they wanted to become rugged, a distant friend of mine was casually walked out of his house in the evening by "men" in the presence of his young wife and kid in 2014, and up till now, he hasn't been found. we all know what that means. We have seen countless of youths go to waste over meaningless superiority squabbles. I am pretty sure that with the "national war" between Aiye and Eiye cultists in Lagos, they are wishing they were jews cos they are in constant fright of being found out and killed.

The infinite good news is that you will slip by like the others before you.
