The order completed is automated. It just shows your goods is over 60 days (when 60 days is the buyer protection period). What you should do is to check how many days remains of your buyer protection. Once it elapses and you didn't get your goods, you are free to open dispute and ask for refund


As you can see I, too, have "order completed" and my buyer protection remains just three days to go. I can open dispute within 15 days after this counter drops to zero and request for refund.

If the person or people that started this thread at some point created a WhatsApp group, I don't think I will have been able to learn all that I learned here.

Pls, my humble opinion is you should allow this thread to continue its growth. From page 1 to this current page is already an archive a lot of people will learn from.

When I found this thread I started from page 1, skipped the info I didn’t need and read through info I did need. Some people can be very selfish!!! Scrolling through is only a little price to pay to be informed and gain knowledge. If it’s too much work for you; then don’t.
