Don't just mention Delta state because even in villages roads are being dualized. Go to Oleh and elsewhere in the state and you will understand what i mean.

Where are the "Agberos" that were on rampage in the state stopping every vehicle plying the state and even driving through it today,that were forcefully collecting monies from motorists without issuing receipts back then?
