The main factors or criteria that are most considered in determining the best performing Mall (Mall Performance), based on the largest sequence are Financial, Internal Process, customer satisfaction and Growth & Develop Talents.
The malls that our brother from S. A was talking about may have lack the
necessity to pay attention to the alternative weights to the main criteria under consideration. The alternative that is the first choice but has a low ranking weight on the main criteria will require a higher effort to accommodate the fulfillment of the main criteria. In this case Growth & Develop Talents have low weight related to other main criteria such as Internal designs of a mall and the amenities.
Size may sum up all the above so as to garner more points on the related criteria. But big with nothing on the highlighted creteria above with zero to poor archaic design can be termed null and void.
