Chidimmamj: Many people do highlight and I think it is fine as it makes the reviewer's work easier. However, in my case I uploaded it as it was, and they didn't have problem with it 3 Likes |

CrystalMax: The moment you get ITA, your profile will not expire again. If you do not get ITA before the expiry, however, you simply create a new profile. Please leave the profile as it is cos it gives you tie breaker advantage. Congrats on your IELTS. May the remaining processes be swift for you! 6 Likes |

I'll try and be brief. I need your guidance please. I and my wife sat for the IELTS in January 2020 (solely for the purpose of immigration to Canada) and I had the following result: L8.5 R8.5 W8.0 S7.0. My plan was to do my credentials evaluation with WES, but NASU in University of Ibadan was on strike in February so I couldn't process my transcript. While I was hoping that NASU would call off its strike soonest, the national body of ASUU went on strike too, and shortly after that, COVID-19 brought the whole world to a standstill, momentarily. Without me being able to process my transcript and put it out for evaluation (due to the raging pandemic and the ongoing strike action at the University of Ibadan), I will like to be enlightened on what steps I can still take regarding my intended immigration to Canada. Are there any other usefulness for my test score? Thank you for your anticipated guidance |

Please start your result verification. Then write ielts and TEF (french) since you studied french, you should do well. You may not need a masters by then. You can also do a short course like ACCA, CIMA or BCS. All these you can get done faster than your masters. Tef gives you up to 54 points (its more than masters) Acca etc gives 32 points omachuskay: 6 Likes |

BeuHarry: Hey. Did you get the print out from the bank? Or an online downloaded copy will suffice? Again. How many months was enough? |

sinorte: What qualification(s) are you trying to evaluate? If it is only B.Sc, please use the waiting time to get one more certificate that can be evaluated. What of your wife? Hope she is evaluating her credentials too. If she is younger and has a second degree/diploma/certificate, she could become the PA. If both of us are above 30, you may need to consider learning French to attempt French. My advise is to get other aspects ready so you can move forward the moment your UI evaluation comes through. This journey can be very long o... Simulate your points, compare with recent draws and see what your prospects are. You have a nice IELTS result by the way! 5 Likes 1 Share |

Thetherapist: Well on their website if you go as far as September 12 there is paper based IELTS in Lagos. But probably better to call and make enquiries before jumping to make payments. |

BeuHarry: Thank you for your detailed response. I would be evaluating my B.Sc. I am actually running an MBA programme at the moment. It would have been my last semester now, but Covid-19 pandemic has stalled the progress. I'm not even sure yet when the programme would now be completed. My wife would be evaluating her credentials too. But that one has also been stalled by NASU/ASUU strike and the pandemic. She has two degrees, though. However, her IELTS score was not as good as mine. So I'm not sure if she'd still be good as the PA. You mentioned that we should "get other aspects ready" while we wait for UI to resume. Please what are these other aspects? I'm a near-novice in this journey. The insights and enlightenment you provide will come handy. Thank you for your time again, and God bless! 1 Like |

Hi, I know for a certainty that UI PG school still processes transcript during this pandemic, but partime/underground. If them no tell u...u no go know. I wont be surprised the UG work underground too perhaps 2 times a week. If u can u sud go to the school urself, or ask more carefully around. As much as we dont want to encourage bribery, you'd be surprised how more helpful University staffs are with some incentive/tips in this pandemic. Cheers sinorte: 3 Likes 1 Share |

Ashioma1: PEBC's office is still closed so they are yet to open the online application for document evaluation. Postulations are that by July ending, the online application should be open. 1 Like |

sinorte: In my opinion, I would advice your wife rewrite ielts and try to max out since she has 2 degrees already because we dont know when your MBA program will end, also when transcript will be available for evaluation. In this journey, time matters a lot as you can never be sure what the CRs will be next. So let her rewrite ielts 1 Like |

Hi all, Please I want to ask if I can use an account I don't frequently operate for POF. I have this other account I rarely save in which I intend to use. The balance over the last 6months has been the bank minimum as against the other account which I use frequently. My fear is obtaining statement of account for my frequently used account for the past 6months going up to 20 pages. I intend to use gift deed though. |

Thank you guys for all the responses to all my questions, I plan to go to CIIN’s office this week to make inquiries and register. First question (1) where can I get materials to study? (2) Can my sister who is a medical lab scientist use it CIIN to gain/increase her points for express entry. (3) How long/many months does CIIN take if I register for September or October intake? Answers pls and congratulations to people who got ITA and those waiting it will end in praise. |

BeuHarry: Hello BeuHarry, In addition/contribution to what have been said, if a profile expires and a new account is created, linking the account with the old and required details (ECA/TRF number etc) enables the applicant maintain/retain the tie-breaker advantage. More Grace! 2 Likes 2 Shares |

sinorte: The other aspects are the things I already mentioned. Your wife should prepare and max IELTS (support her). Use this period to start learning French, so you can have 3 options. A. Your wife as PA, with 2 certificates and max IELTS score. B. You as PA with Masters. C. You as PA with TEF. Whichever is fastest |

Good day everyone. I have my PoF in a mutual fund. Do I still need to include my statement of account in my application considering my SOA for 6 months is too bulky to attach. |
