ojeysky: I get U my brother, but 110k will move U closer to ur dream place. Y burn it on someone that will eventually hurt U badly, think am well. U had stayed almost a year, and U no die Abi? So U can go more, all U need is consumption planning, which I understand it's not easy. |

Hmm...... Now I get your point, this would be an interesting experiment, thinking through this logically am not sure it will work; which of the BMS will terminate charge, unless there is a way the BMS exchange information I don't think the Daly BMS will do this out of box. Which of the BMS will connect to the battery positive and charger negative. It's somewhat complicated something o. Fyi - I have a unit of 24v 320A ANT BMS left ceaser: |
Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by ceaser: 12:48pm On Jul 12, 2020 |
ojeysky: A "different port" BMS should be easier to work with in such scenario but I also believe "same port" BMS will work. The urge is too much and knowing myself, I will still try it out one of these days but with a dirt cheap but functional BMS of course. The 24/320 BMS is LFP, I guess. Have you swapped out the BMS installed in your pack for a higher rating one? Still acquiring some cells, so funds aren't available for high strung BMS just yet. |
Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by ojeysky(m): 12:55pm On Jul 12, 2020 |
ceaser: Will be good to hear your findings
Yes it's 320A but can do 3.2v or 3.7v(LFP or li-ion) it's also a 7s to 16s BMS with Bluetooth. |

Our solar inverter set up is now a year old and still going strong. It has become one of our most prized possessions because of how it makes life very comfortable for me and my family. . It may be expensive initially,.But it's worth every penny spent and even more.No regrets at all ! 9 Likes |

mank1234: Now i know why my digital battery charger caught fire when connected to stab twice.... I later learnt somwhere that it shouldn't be connected to stab and it will work fine, but i have been stumped as to why that advice..... It all suddenly makes sense now. I get like 50v on some days and my stab can't even up it past like 70-80v...then it suddenly jumps to 110v or thereabouts. Mstchewww... Uselessness |

Is there a way to convert an AC fridge into a DC fridge or freezer, I wonder if anyone knows about HVAC enough to contemplate that. One can DIY a faulty old AC freezer and re-purpose it into a DC fridge and give it a new life. At least one would not have to bother about padding and heat conservation since that would already be taken care of. |

What are the causes of battery bank staying in bulk charging for a longer time? It doesn't charge above 23v for a longer time of charging on a series configuration. |

tonididdy: Sorry if the price tag of the fan dey vex you ... But, it's not selling at gun point. To answer your questions: 1. It's not a rechargeable fan as there's no inbuilt battery. But, the 5V 2A USB option give room to use with any power bank of choice. 2. How can an energy saving fan be an industrial fan. 3. What would you call a fan that is capable of adjusting it's speed according to your room temperature either from high speed to low speed or from low speed to high speed as the temperature reduce and increase respectively... May be you should do your research and know the price tag for such fans. 6 Likes |
