Even Sunyou is fast these days, ordered a package on June29, shipped on June30, arrived nigeria today. Just 14days in transit .

Worst case scenario is, you might be waiting for refund at the end
exactly, that's why I always advice people to buy their phones locally at this time, it is better to add a few more thousands of naira than wait for 3 months without getting your phone. When this pandemic is over hopefully early next year we shall all continue our shopping for cheaper phones on aliexpress.

Please house my buyers protection expired in two days time being 15th day of july and I just opened dispute and aliexpress deemed it invalid below is a picture of their judgement

Please what does it means , because every other tracking site is still showing that the item hasn't arrived at destination country and I am yet to get a call from the post office either Please what do I do.. I am still a newbie on aliexpress. Honestly this is my first time of shopping

Go check the post office to be sure it hasn't arrived.. Tell them there the sender said it has arrived and if they can't still find it na there fight go start with AliExpress. At times a package will arrive Nigeria and nipost will refuse to update it, at least it happened to me

There are two options for you :
1. Settle for getting your phone within 3-4 weeks
2. Add #9,000 and use JUMIA and get it in a week
I compared the prices and the difference is about 9k... I.e 37k+ on AliExpress + shipping, and 46k on JUMIA
Hope this helps

I swear this is my next and only options now... I can't repeatedly keep going to post office, That's some childish sturvs.


Im sticking with jumia henceforth until I see good news about AE and the post office too.

If the phone is available here in Nigeria, pls buy locally.

As to your question the shipping method for phones are either Alixpress standard shipping, DHL or FedEx.

Alixpress SS is cheaper, but delivery might take up to 3 months
DHL is much more expensive, delivery is within 6wks and you may likely face custom charges.

So choose wisely.

your order has reach ur country destination, just give it some few days to reach ur post office.

base on ur tracking info shown below ur item has reach 9ja...

The reason why your dispute was arbitrated as invalid is because you opened it when your purchase protection is still on (you opened it like 2 days before expiry), so your reason will not be entertained.

You have to open the dispute again after BP ends and not later than 15 days.

So I took delivery of the package shipped via DHL. It seems everything took one week tops.

And another good thing is that there was no customs charges. I just got there and picked up my stuff.

I would like to share my finding for Aliexpress. This is Aliexpress search by image from Pricearchive.org.
Look at this page https://www.pricearchive.org/same/4000544376719. There you'll find other Aliexpress sellers of the item you need. Often finds sellers of exactly the same product even better than Aliexpress itself. It's possible to search through all the product pictures at once. It's a great way to buy cheaper exactly the same product from another seller.

How to use
Find the product you need on Pricearchive. For example, this one https://www.pricearchive.org/aliexpress.com/item/4000270993878. Click on the red button "Find other sellers by image".
