Not surprised at the consistent upward movement of the Tesla ($TSLA) share price, because the CEO (Mr. Elon Musk) is highly incentivized. Excerpts from the Tesla 2018 CEO Performance Award/Package (Appendix A) shows that Mr. Musk will receive no salary, no cash bonuses and no equity.

Mr. Musk only gets compensated through a "100% at-risk performance award, consisting exclusively of stock options with 12 tranches that fall due only if one market capitalization milestone and one operational milestone are both achieved. At the time of executing the CEO Performance Award, for the first tranche, Tesla’s market cap must increase to $100 billion and the Company must meet an additional operational milestone".

For each subsequent tranches, "Tesla must increase its market capitalization in additional $50 billion increments, up to a total of $650 billion, and achieve another previously unmet operational milestone at each level. The award consists of a 10-year grant of stock options with 12 potential vesting tranches, and is designed to help ensure that Tesla is executing well on both a top-line and bottom-line basis. For each tranche that is achieved, Mr. Musk will vest in a number of stock options that corresponds to approximately 1% of Tesla’s current total outstanding shares".

From the above CEO performance contract, with $TSLA issued shares remaining the same, market cap can only increase if its share price increases. Hence, i anticipate that this stock's price will keep flying, even though, it is currently over-valued in my opinion. At today's premarket share price, $TSLA Market cap is already above $300 Billion USD, up from about $286 Billion on Friday market close.

Along with the 12 milestones for Market Capitalization, $TSLA has16 Operational Milestones (with 8 focused on Revenue and the other 8 focused on Profitability). Only 12 of the 16 Operational Milestones may be paired with Market Capitalization Milestones for all 12 of the CEO performance award tranches to be executed. I normally trade $TSLA around these milestones . Kindly do your DD, as always.

SQQQ is an example of many available leveraged ETF's (but inverse). It is the opposite of TQQQ which is also a leveraged ETF. Both SQQQ and TQQQ are created to track the Nasdaq 100 and have daily return of the exact results of the Nasdaq 100 index three times for TQQQ and NEGATIVE three times for SQQQ. Note that the word “DAILY” above is in bold for a reason.

Leveraged ETF’s are are good investment if you know how to use them and you use them properly. However, if you do not know how to use them or if you are greedy you may live to regret going into them.

Personally, as a long-term investor, I use leveraged ETF's for hedging my investment risks and I have been doing so for the past 6 years now (since 2014) without any regrets. In those 6 years my portfolio has been outperforming, every year, the performance of QQQ ETF which is one of the EFTs that track the exact return of the results of Nasdaq 100 index.

As to your question, I can not tell you to go into them or not. You will have to research and learn about them first to make that decision. My recommendation is for you to google “Leveraged ETF” to read more about them.

My view is like the same way with the tech bubble and the emergence of tech stocks like Microsoft and amazon and Apple made people rich is the same way people lost on yahoo and blackberry and Nokia. No one can tell the stock in the sector that would be successful and it’s best to pick the stock with the best fundamentals however. Strong players like Qualcomm might be the first choice but most of their potential has already been priced in by analysts so it might not run too much but it is very balanced and would probably see a steady return and it is also American which is a plus as some Chinese 5G companies like zte and huawei are seeing ant-Chinese sentiment so they can potentially benefit from that. Nokia is another option that can benefit from this although it also has a high market cap already so the potential if ur having a run it little but it is steady.
If you’re into penny stocks you can check the ticker GSAT, they have an agreement with Nokia and have a seminar coming up this week, their financials are bad like many penny stocks but these stocks run on hype.
